The engine sizes would NOT help HIM, but they would help anyone else who may wish to give him manufacturer's mpg figures.

Beautiful!!!!! "normal" in his context is ambiguous and probably refers to two things either looking for a general flat mpg value across board for cars or trying to narrow it down to his model probably because he doesnt trust the advertised value by the manufacturer,

In both context you still did not need to give him the parameters you gave because it wont make any sense to him since he is not a car design or a manufacturer and so wouldnt understand the complexities and intricacies that brought about that simplified formular which for sure engine size will be in but i do not need to know cause am just a freaking end user.

A New York judge was busted for drunk driving on her way to court in Rochester.
