OK... If its any of the above, both of you should be fully involved. A woman should not always Wait for the man to initiate sone of these things most of the time cos it only makes her looks incompetent and like a slow thinker.

I have a little question to ask this evening, cos the issue has been making me feel as though relationship/marriage should be majorly a one sided effort.

I have read so much about how a man should always make the wife happy, listen to her, pay attention to her needs, give her breath taking love making, provide and take care of her needs etc...

I read abt how a man was checking the wife's phone on suspicion of cheating, and 80% of the advice I saw nairalanders give was for the man to stop checking the wife's phone and start showing the wife love and all what not...

The basic question here is, why can't the major issue be addressed, rather than start saying pay attention to your wife etc.... Is it the women that all efforts to impress be directed to, or rather that it should be a shared effort?

It is common knowledge that stress, eating habits, biological disposition and lifestyle choices may affect especially men's sexual abilities as they advance in age.

Recently, my wife complained abt not enjoying sex as she used to before she put to bed our second baby over 8 months ago.

Before all of these complains, I used to be a go to guy for sex, but now, within 5mins the show's over and my wife took it lightly at first.... I guess I have been paying too much attention to work, piling bills, immediate and extended family issues and perhaps, stress and lack of proper sleep...

It takes a typical Nigerian Lady to be expressive about issues on sex, but I guess some of the quarrels I have been having at home are related to unsatisfactory sexual issues.

What I failed to say was that though HR in Nigeria may suck, but what I was simply saying is that it may not totally be so especially when u apply to top companies such as DHL. There surely must be certain skill set and experiences different companies look out for and that sometimes we can't effectively blame HR alround

I currently work with DHL and I can say I submitted my cv d same way most people did, and within a month, I was contacted to come for and interview with them. 2 weeks after, I got the job.
