Good day, please beware of Vbhostnet.com. I bought a reseller package from them for hosting my sites some months back. Right from the inception I battled with frequent hacks and downtimes.
Now my sites as been down for over a week. I opened numerous tickets, after five days they said they had issues with the server and needed my permission to move my site to a new server which I agreed to.
Now they've created a new account for me on the new server but the account is empty and all my sites are gone.
Been trying to reach them since but they wont respond to my tickets and their phones are switched off. Anything Nigeria is frustrating learn to use foreign servers |
