I agree with him to an extent. Nigerians across regions have the same primitive mentality. Southern Governors are as visionless as their Northern counterparts. Presidents from the South have been as visionless and clueless as presidents from the North. It has been a festival of mediocrity and inordinate greed.

I had expected someone like Salihu Tanko Yakasai to link up with peers and like minds across geopolitical zones to kick-start a true change revolution. He is well educated, highly exposed, and well connected. He is from a highly revered family in the North and a son of elder statesman Tanko Yakassai. He is young and brave. He cuts an image of someone that could make a good leader but somehow he is still moving with 'Northern Interests' handbrake on.

Lastly, Salihu unnecessarily asslicked Ganduje strengthen his CV. Sad but it must be said.

I am not ready for any argument this morning. You are paid to sing his praises online . I am not paid. That's the difference.

I doubt if he was sleeping but the slouching and that hand-in-the jaw postures do not project a good image for a president who is supposed to transmit confidence and strength to his people. The image the whole world sees here you is that of a president who is overwhelmed.

His PR team should do better at least in taking those pictures that will be pushed to the outside world.

Obviously, legally speaking, Nnamdi Kanu was ill-advised and misled. It is good Ifeanyi Ejiofor is speaking before more damage is done.

If there was a criminal accusation against you whether real or trumped up, the onus is on you to engage a good lawyer to defend you with vital evidence and witnesses and most importantly with deep respect for the court and its judicial process. And if you believe there is no way out of the case, seek a deal with the prosecutorial authority. Refusing to defend yourself, insulting the judge and making mockery of the process was a very wrong move. The theatrical self-representation against repeated advice by the judge and senior lawyers was always going to backfire.

However, at the end of the day, Nnamdi Kanu will be released but he must be ready to be advised and guided by competent, experienced and respected lawyers because there will be critical give and take (concessions and where necessary compromises). He needs no-nonsense lawyers he will listen to as unlearned client as opposed to clout-chasing lawyers who adore him as a hero.

This write-up looks like something written by someone under the influence something intoxicating. Tone and timing are wrong.

This dude should stay off Nnamdi Kanu case with this NOTICE ME shenanigans and allow serious people to do the necessary negotiations.

Look, Tinubu may have done badly in governance but he knows how to milk political opportunities. There is a reason he sent emissary to UK to negotiate a deal for Ekweremmadu. Nnamdi Kanu's case is low hanging fruit that will be surely plucked if Kanu agrees to make key concessions.
