Your meaningful advice/suggestions are welcome.I posted this initially in a topic on a topic where some 1 said she was hanging out with her cousin.for any body dat did not see my first post i ll like 2 give a brief summary.i am a young YORUBA MAN.I am in a relationship with the step-sister to my uncle's wive.my dad and uncle are not in support.my uncle's wife and her dad are indifferent about it.she contributed in a great way 2 dis relationship and i luv her.what should i do.they are waging a mini war on me.

d problem is not about the sex alone.the problem is dat the wife never loved him and has never being fullfill with her husband,possible causes of the problems are.
1.the wife might be a very pretty person and more civillized dan her husband,and she only married him cos of his money,power or fame.(u understand dat type of runs)
2.she is probably cheating on d husband recently.
3.she is only fantasysing d sweet moment she would have had with her Exes.

eluala has said it all.i am of the opinium that people should pay less attention to english language,so as to carry majority along in developing the nation.look at nations like CHINA,JAPAN,IRAN and korea(N and S).this are country that knows what they want and has stop fooling themselves with who understand d queen's language d most.they have most thing in their languages and as so has being able to carry majority along.

funny thread,mine was actually in my favour,if d ladies will allow me to say so.there was this faithful nite about 8yrs ago,this pretty lady just left a male friend which i was sure is not her bf,from the way they were communicating,so i summon courasge 2 meet her.i followed and chatted her up like a gentle guy.but she just turn deaf to all i was saying, some mins later d sandal she had on jst cut.i couldnt help it but burst into a loud laughter.if i could remember clearly i tink she also smiled to herself.

I am based in the UK and visa rules on training applies to newcomers. You can work as a doctor, but not as a doctor training to be a consultant.
I am aware that you can migrate to Australia and work there provided that you have got the licence to. You will need to go to Australian Medical Council via Google website.
Because you are a consultant, there may be a room for you to practice and avoid some of the exams non consultant doctors need to write and pass. I'm not too sure of that.
If you do get the licence, you are more likely to be posted to rural areas where your services maybe needed most.
You can practice in the UK if you want to, but it won't be as a consultant, but as a senior doctor (middle grade doctor). I'm also aware that if you have got UK medical licence and have worked for at least 6 months, you will be able to get work in Australia and need not write any exam, but that is for non consultant doctors. I don't have much information for overseas consultants.

i feel you my brother,since you can smile at your pay sleep at the end of the month why bother yourself coming here.But what do you mean by one being able to work as a practitioner and not as a resident in the UK,can you please clarify.

1)the condition started in his second year in the university.
2)symptom has not being worsning or progressive.
3)pt has a clear insight that his feelings are abnormal and may be psychological in nature.
4)their has being a great reduction in his academic performances.
Although i've being thinking in the direction of hypochodriasis,i just need to make a confirmation of d differential.One more thing pls,how likely is an hypochondriac to respond to tmt?or do most of them live with symptoms for the rest of their life.

Pls i need to ask you some few questions.what would you think i patient dat presented with 5yr hx of neck pain,feeling of heavyness in d head associated with feeling of collections in the occipital scalp.there has being a mild alteration in the sleeping pattern.and pt beliefs symptoms worsen if he didn't sleep b4 12:am.he has the believe that he has being afflicted with a serious illness and thinks is problem can only be solve by divine intervention from an highly experience doctor or a priest.there has being a great limitation in his functionality for d past 5yrs.pt has being on antidepressant(TCA) for some time which he say brings mild symptomatic relief only to become refractive to treatment.pls i will like you to comment on your view about this and the current trend in the mgt.tnx
