No refusal mail

I presume this was for Temporary Work Visa since you mentioned 'interview'. If so, unfortunately there's no specific turn out time for it oo, as some people wait for countless months. I guess UKVI doesn't prioritize that visa type.

Hello , I have decided to just keep mute , pls I would like to know if there’s anyone who did biometric since June , interview in July and still hasn’t heard anything ? STANDARD APPLICATION.

Did one paid mail and two paid calls , still under consideration, I’ve lost hope already , just want to know if there’s anyone who has been in this same situation before , even resumption date for work don pass . Application went well , interview went well .

Even if they want to refuse , does it actually take this long . Since June , has this ever happened on this thread before , please help me shed more light if you had similar experience or know anyone who took this long and still got the VISA.
If not , make I go deh plan on how to collect my IHS fees way I pay for 3 years back.

Trust me it has nothing to do with priority if it is since June.
I have seen couple of people done on this thread in September..."standard" and they had received collection email.
You should be bordered oooo ....Haa! 4months.

*did you declare past refusal or deportation if there is any ?....because most cases they see that as misrepresentation or withholding information which attract ban and they usually delay/retain documents till applicants get frustrated.

Myself and our three children have been awaiting decision on our UK dependent skilled worker visa for over 3 months now.
MA applied alone first and got the visa within 15 days.
Myself and the children submitted our Biometrics: 20 June 2023.
NSF mail for children and spouse was received 6 July 2023
Request for additional document (PCC) for spouse was received 6 July 2023
Additional document submitted 10 July 2023.
Did a paid email 28 August and was told the application is awaiting a decision.

We have been waiting for the visas now for 3 months and 8 days.

It's difficult but learning to delight in God as we look up to Him for His blessings.

Finally, BRP email dropped this morning. Today is the 12th week since Biometric, additional documents was requested and provided in the 4th week.

The wait was really tiring. @mofolam gave me the hint that 11-12 weeks is the max.

If you are waiting too just relax, it will come soon .

Is there anyone still waiting for decision since June. I have sent several paid mails, they keep sending the generic mails to hold on even escalated and same to hold on. Anyone else experiencing this? It’s not making any sense again.

I have been waiting over 11weeks for my SWV/ Healthcare worker visa. I have missed my work start date( August 2nd,2023). Documents submitted for my application(MA): Passport, Nigerian PCC, Canadian PCC, POF Application submitted: May 24th 2023. Biometrics: 12th June 2023. NSF email: 22nd June 2023 ( No request for additional document for me and my kids, my husband was asked to submit PCC even though I submitted PCC for his application , I uploaded the old PCC and got new PCC and re-uploaded). Several paid emails and calls, escalated my case, sent a complaint email. All I get is ‘Application is under consideration’. I waited for a long time, I guess they forgot about my application. Spoke with my employer to look into why there is a delay in my application. Employer got back to me saying UKVI requested for additional documents from me on 22nd June 2023 but I didn’t get any additional documents request from UKVI(checked all my folders). It seemed UKVI forgot to send me additional documents request Additional document request July 25th,2023: PCC from all the countries I have lived. I really don’t understand why I should send PCC again( Was it because it wasn’t clear, they didn’t get the one I initially submitted or they weren’t satisfied with it?), I sent a message to the work sponsored email about my confusion. July 26th, 2023-I got an email that they needed another Canadian PCC with fingerprint search from RCMP, the one I sent was name and DOB search only. It took me 15 days to get the new Canadian RCMP PCC for my spouse & I. The annoying thing was that my colleagues who submitted the PCC that I initially submitted all have gotten their visa and are working now. I also sent another Nigerian PCC for myself and spouse( because I don’t want to hear anymore stories). August 11th, 2023 - Sent additional documents PCC. Second Escalation- August 18th 2023. August 30th 2023- Sheffield escalation email: I can see a decision has been made and your Visa Application Centre (VAC) was notified to release the passport. UPDATE: I got an email 1st September, 2023 from no reply.UKVISABRP that my application is successful. I am still waiting for our Passport. The stress and torture of waiting for visa approval is not worth it, If I could see the future I would have paid for superpriority visa. I guess UKVI put a price tag on one’s mental health- It is 500£ or 800£ depending on how fast you want your visa.

Congratulations, if only I knew , even if they wanted 1500£ for priority I would have paid , it’s freaking stressful , waiting since June , Job start date sef don pass

And no nsf mail too.@advanceDNA and others pls. and any other suggestions too about my case is highly welcome

Yes I’m still in nigeria sef, them never decide since and yes the interview was the same tls office at Ikeja . But it was via zoom tho

I think it is just an untapped route
Although it’s hard to find churches that give COS . But I think it’s a good route .
Application is also straightforward
Would have paid for priority if I had known .
