All the other countries still exist today as they are mentioned by both the Bible and Koran i.e. Lebanon, Israel, Syria, Egypt, Israel
So where do you find a separate country called Palestine? It seems the adoption of the name ''Palestine'' by the Arabs is what is confusing and deceiving you.
The place called West Bank today is Judea and Samaria in the Bible and it was ruled by Jews for thousands of years, long before the Roman empire evicted the Jews. Same as Jerusalem (which is a Jewish name and city) is now being claimed by Palestinians as their capital, even when the Jews had lived in that city for more than 4,000 years before the Arabs came to live there.

So who were the Jebusites? If you must talk, talk only of the Bible which was written by the people you're trying hard to defend stop erroneously citing Qur'an as your reference. Qur'an didn't mention Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, or Syria; Qur'an is universal in nature not restricted to a specific region. When Allah mention Israel he is referring to Prophet Ya'aqub (Jacob), Israel means servant of Allah, by the way. British didn't create Israel because of that fallacy you called reason. Go and check the record, after the Oslo Accord, both the Israeli PM Yitzhak Rabin and the Yassir Arafat were working to implement the two state solution before Yigal Amir shot and killed Yitzhak Rabin on Nov. 4th 1995 while attending a peace rally in Jerusalem in front of over 100,000 attendees. That marked the end of the two state solution and Mr Rabin's Labour Party in Israel. Since then, the coalition of far right parties lead by Netanyahu's Likud keep ruling Israel and two state solution has never been on their table.
