We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our web based business solutions. You will build our web applications from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout, admin, reporting and other functions
Responsibilities
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent

Skills

• 3+ years of User Interface Development experience with at least 2 years experience in either MVC, ASP.NET, PHP Rubby on Rails. Application Development.
• Experience with: HTML5, CSS3, JSON, mobile JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with IP Networking is a plus.

Job Description

The developer will lead the entire app lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery and post launch support. Apps will be mainly content based and integrated closely with the web sites. Responsibilities

• Acting as iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and Blackberry developer. Depending on the skills set can be lead on one platform and play a supporting role across the other

• Working closely with other developers working on other platform development

• Deliver across the entire app life cycle -concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support

• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products

• Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions

• Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects

• Working along the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps

• Working as the front-end developer to build the interface with focus on usability features

• Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences

• Standardizing the platform and in some cases apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort

• Optimizing performance for the apps

• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies

• Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I once tried toasting a girl by composing a love letter using lyrics from All for one's "I Swear" Song and a combination of boys II Men's hits of those days. i spent about 3 days writing, editing and reviewing. eventually, I got a friend of her friend to give her the letter.

Beef/stock and or Goatmeat
Dried Fish
Crayfish
Fresh Fish
Prawns dried or fresh
Towel (sharky) cook till soft
For thickener you can use flour, pounded yam or achi
maggi, salt, pepper

Cook the meat with salt,onion & maggi till it is soft, then add harky, prawns, crayfish, pepper, cook for 10 minutes then add dried fish and thickener. Cook for another 10 minutes & turn off and eat FAT.

depends on what questions, not over personal questions like how many times you partner had sex with his/her past partner. or how good was his/her previous partner in bed etc . apart from over personal ridiculous questions. i think its fine to come clean.

I am often attempt to ask about the sex part of the past relationship.
When I do, most girls would say "It was there but noting intimate like what we have".
That sends a message that she is obviously trying to paint a saint picture.
