The Harsh Truth About Paid Ads Most business owners think ads will fix their sales problems. Wrong. Ads are petrol that spread a fire that’s already burning. But if your sales process is broken, throwing money at ads is like pouring petrol on wet wood. Nothing catches fire. If you can’t close deals organically, ads won’t magically change that. All they’ll do is broadcast your failure to a bigger audience—while draining your bank account. Before you ever run an ad, you need to: Build trust through valuable content. Craft messaging that makes people want to buy. Master closing deals in the DMs. Otherwise? You’re just setting money on fire. |
Here’s the truth: If you're just starting an online business, you’ll rarely make money on day one—or even in the first month. It often takes months before the cash starts flowing. The first six months are the darkest stage of any new online business or hustle. You’ll likely have little to no clients, customers, or sales. During this time, doubt creeps in. You’ll ask yourself, “Is this even worth it?” “Am I just wasting my time?” Most people can’t endure this dark phase, so they start thinking of jumping to another business or hustle. Then, someone comes along, bragging about how they’re making insane money with some “new” business. They make it sound effortless. Why? Because they’re probably trying to sell you something. What they won’t tell you is the truth: No business or hustle is easy. They only show you the highlight reel—the success, the money, the freedom. They never show the dark stage you’ll have to push through. So you take the bait. You abandon the business you were working on and chase the next “golden” opportunity. Then another. And another. Jumping from one hustle to another without succeeding in any of them doesn’t train your brain for success. It trains your brain to quit when things get tough. And if quitting becomes a habit, so does failure. For goodness sake, Stick with the business/hustle you’re doing now. You might be in the dark phase, but don’t give up or run away like a scared child. Stick to it, Give success a real chance to find you. Push through the dark phase. Keep showing up. Because all it takes is one client, one customer—and suddenly, everything starts flowing. That’s when you’ll see the light.

If your business is struggling, it’s not because of the economy, competition, or lack of funding. Those are just convenient excuses. The real reason is because You suck at sales. Yeah, that's over half of the truth. And before you get defensive, let’s be real…if you had a flood of customers throwing money at you daily, your business wouldn’t be gasping for air like a goldfish out of water. The Silent Killer That’s Bankrupting You Most businesses fail because they don’t fix that one thing that matters most You can have the best product, the flashiest branding, or a website so pretty it belongs in a museum, but if you can’t close a deal, you’re toast. The Cure? Learn to Sell Like a Closer, Not a Beggar 1. Stop Being Passive. Start Leading. People don’t want to figure out if they need your offer….you need to show them. Instead of waiting for them to ask, position your offer in a way that makes them feel the pain of not having it. Instead of: ❌ "Let me know if you're interested!" (AKA: "I'm too scared to lead this conversation." ) Try: ✅ "Would you rather keep struggling with [pain point] or finally start seeing [desired result]?" 2. Sell the Pain, Not the Product. People don’t buy because they want your offer... they buy because they can’t afford to keep struggling without it. Instead of creating content that just talks about how amazing your product or service is, let your content focus on their pain…make them feel how urgent it is to fix it. Your audience doesn’t care about your offer. They care about solving their problem. Speak to that, and they’ll take note. Keeping pushing.

I don't agree with this.. In and of itself "Apologizing" doesn't make you weak, it's your PURPOSE for apologizing that makes you weak. |
10 things I wish I knew 10 years ago 1. The real key to accomplishment is "Taking Action" now -- not waiting for magic to happen sometime in the future. 2. What you learn in school(that is, the theoretical bullshit) does nothing for you in the real world. 3. You will hardly get rich from working A 9 to 5 Job (with few exceptions tho). 4. There is no perfect situation to "act"... If you want to do something, do it now...start TODAY. No time to check time. 5. Other people opinion about you don't really matter. Most times people criticize and negatively judge others out of insecurity, ignorance or jealousy. 6. Life is full of surprises. Never look down on anyone because everyone current situation is temporary. Things can change at anytime(This is very important). 7. Respect your parents and care for them while you can. You don't need to wait till you're freaking rich before you buy nice things for them; do something from the little you have. (This is also very important) 8. Life is all about sacrifices. To get something worthwhile, you will have to pay a certain price. |
