Gbawe: Rantings of a member of the 40 laptop crew. If you had any sense, you would realise that you distinctly sound bitter given how devastating Oshiomhole's victory was. That is all that matters regardless of your noise here..Sir, permit me to observe on the contrary that you are indeed the classless individual, you have failed to articulate all the points of this argument. |
speeder: shut up you all. He said d election was not free and fair, but now that he was declared winner, he has suddenly gone dumb. Abeg make una reason? Foolish oshiomole. This is the most reasonable comment here today..we were all witness to Oshiomole's rantings like an illiterate market woman about Jega, INEC and plans to release a fake result, suddenly, because he has been declared winner it is no longer a flawed process. Let us learn to post without sentiments, I see absolutely nothing wrong with what the General said. Infact, Oshiomole should be magnanimous enough to issue an apology. my piece |
MarioHeaven: For we christians, read zach. 1 and pray wt chapter 3. It has bin profesied even d comin of d americans. Read wt undasting!Bigot |
Ileke-IdI:It was just unfortunate that she had so little to give, I am sure he would have dispossessed her of much more if she had it. |
emdidy: That judge should be sick in the skull. Infact, he/she has to have his/her re-examined! And i guess the Minister of Justice, the Attorney-General of the Federation, and the President have all heard of this arrant mis-judgement and haven't done anything about it. Gosh! we need a break in dis country!Do you have an education? |
uche13: Now this is getting annoying!Well done, a little reading would have saved us all the embarrassment of reading ignorant comments here. I marvel at the level of illiteracy amongst supposed educated people who post in this forum. |
vxtr: @poster,u shud be grateful to God for giving u such a girl, instead of coming here making unnecessary noise why dont u go ahead and marry her. It seems to me dat u re unsure of wat u want, marriage or free sex.common get a life and stop making unwarranted noise,i guess u dont really deserve her,u shud ve checked out other overbleeped girls on d street.i also ve a godly fiancee and she has told me pointblack dat no premarital sex.i respect and luv her more for dat,u knw wat we guys will never marry a girl dat open her leg cheaply to every dick&harry dat comes her way.i think ur girl undst dis and she is being careful.I pray you don't marry her and discover she is frigid |
Has anyone seen Game of Thrones. The series has got me enthralled..i can't get enough of it... Lets talk about it I am watching season 2 now |
Copiousworld: Actually i don't see anything wrong here. Its only in Nigeria people read same sentence and interprets it differently. This advert is sure promoting the image of Africa. @OP go through the video again from the beginning with a mind of understanding. All wordings are actually promoting African culture & reputation. There are a billion reasons to believe in Africa. World shakes & stumbles (War crisis and related)= Africans are dancing (Happiness). Bank bail out= Africa still receive money overseas. Millions more African football players are ready to shine, world most admired man is African and so is the most beautiful woman. Come on dude, do you need to return back to school? World worries about their future better break down "UNCERTAIN FUTURE DUE TO GLOBAL MELT DOWN"= 1Billion Africans are sharing a coke better break down "1BILLION AFRICANS ARE HAPPY, MERRIMENT, CHEERFUL..BLA BLA BLA.. Drinking coke open happiness. This the message of the adperfect my friend, now interpret the bolded this way: Boko haram bombing churches, child soldiers fighting = Africans are dancing (Happiness); People are trying to rebuild their economies = Africa is happy to receive handouts; World most admired man is African = We are in ecstasy losing our best brains; while the rest of the world is happy to export Zuckerberg and other intellectuals Africa is happy exporting clowns to entertain them... pleaseeeeee!!!! |
omodapson: This would be my interpretation too. I see nothing offensive in it. Please follow the trend again. It simply implies that while the rest of the world looks at the future as gloom, here in Africa, we see brightness and the more reason to have fun with coca cola.and when you look around you and think of what the future holds for you and your children, what do you see? boom or gloom? |
denitro: HOW?Don't you see anything wrong with the bolded text |
Has anyone seen the new coca cola advert? I think coca cola should re-edit the text in their latest promotional advert. There is a very insensitive line there: 'WHILE THE REST OF THE WORLD WORRIES ABOUT THE FUTURE, ONE BILLION AFRICANS ARE SHARING COKE'. Am i the only one who thinks this is a put down? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QdXvgrraezE |
logicboy: Why are you employing Grammar Nazi tactics? Are you really focusing on a simple typographical error?Hey bro, that is not a typo, you added an extra alphabet to the word 'rocket', check your keyboard, letters 'a' 'o' and 'c' are far apart. Like someone asked, i hope you are not a product of the western educational system you speak so highly of? |
ifihearam: All the ladies and guys sayiny a "REAL MAN" would walk a way no matter the cussing and provocation. You are not serious anmd thesame time foolish.Well said my guy. Case in point ..Did Chris Brown not slap the shit out of Rihanna..no sorry this one happened in my village not the USA...RUBBISH |
nanidee: OMG... I want to believe people are taking the piss on hereOhhhhh, so men don't batter their wives in the USA?..ohhh, sorry, they only murder them for the insurance money. |
ifeci: pretend all you like but ur analogy was a total fallacy! subjective or unsubjective, football doesn't involve immorality like sex(in the open, for the whole world to see). you see! their the positives and negatives, which does the programme tend towards?and i can see that you have impeccable moral standards..yet you feel so free hurling insults in a public forum |
ifeci: mumu! wot an analogyi will pretend like i didn't read this...i was only trying to educate us that entertainment is subjective |
hello!!!!! What is the aim and objective of football?...wait, let me answer that, twenty two grown up jobless men kicking a round object all over a marked pitch and brutalizing themselves in the process..i guess that is very entertaining. |
ogbeche77: Mr knowall, why cant his ex mates come to his aid,Yekini was suffering frm depression, was abandoned by wives and children..Oh!! so he had wives and children and they chose in their best opinion to abandon him, why then are you are blaming the NFF and the Govt. I pray you never abandon your parents. |
please people don't go there..i don't know why people keep accusing the govt and sports authorities of abandoning past players..please, these guys didn't do what they did for this country for free..for goodness sakes they were paid for doing it and anytime the bonus was not enough, they held the nation to ransom..these guys, Rashidi Yekini included were professional footballers who earned a living by playing the game..he was well paid and shouldn't expect handouts from anybody at the end of his career..are we all not serving this country? do we expect to be fed free of charge when we retire? |
obamamate: God is not a liar,That is how i courted and married in a God-centred relationship and now my wife says she does not like sex and we are locked in a sexless marriage..if i have to advice anyone..please forget all this rubbish and confirm sexual compatibility or else you might just find yourself in my situation (don't laugh at this please, mine is a true story) |
