Car TalkAc Will Consume Your Fuel. Research Done By Me by fineboynl(op): 7:58pm On Aug 12, 2023
I have carried out this very vital research. Unlike the popular believe that AC will not consume your fuel it’s false.

If you lower the ac to over 65 it will consume very little and the difference will not be notice like that. But between 62-65 you will notice the difference.

if you put it 57 to 60 it will consume alot fuel. And if you set it on LO Low. Obey That one will just drink your fuel like stroll pipe.

If you don’t want it to eat your fuel at all just put it at 75. It will not cool the car like that but will only just make it comfortable.

Test was done with accord.

Abeg go sit down. No dey mention Benin for where Kaduna dey. You claimed Kaduna people are poor, do you know that, Kaduna has the biggest economy after Lagos, PH, and Kano. Kaduna also produce the larger IGR after Lagos, Ogun and PH.

Mention one major infrastructure in Benin. Mention one thing Benin People have that Kaduna People do not have surplus. Remember, all the Federal ministries and agencies staffs in Benin are majorly from North including Kaduna.

The problem is that, Benin People no dey travel. Only the few that travel abroad. Others don't travel to other states.
guy why you do make noise. Look at the top 10 states in Nigeria.

PoliticsMention The Advantage Of Opening All Our Border To Neighboring Countries by fineboynl(op):
The advantage are enormous.

Local border will not trade is foreign currency. Goods and services are exchanged with their local core currency.

Nigeria can export to neighboring countries and imports with local currency.

Beninese will import cars and other items with their dollars and euro.

But we Nigeria will import from them with cefas. Less pressure for our dollars and euro.

We can then export fuel and other agricultural and manufactured products to exchange.

Our poultry industry is suffering because of imported feeds with usd. Maize and grins are so expensive. A paint rubber of dried maize is N3500. Imagine maize is almost same price with rice.

How can poultry feeds be made locally cheap with all this barriers.

But if the borders are open and alot of grins, rice and maize comes in it will crash the price which will stabilize the economy.

Nigeria should take advantage of refinery petroleum so we can exports to our neighbors.

When they import with their foreign currency we can import from them with out local currency.

If we remember clearly within 1year when buhari close the border Nigeria could no longer feed.

PoliticsRe: Customs Lists Conditions For Reopening Land Borders To Vehicles, Rice, Others by fineboynl(m): 9:30pm On Aug 11, 2023
The cfa has grown so big that opening the border is attractive to them again because our currency is useless now.

Maize is so important after rice because maize is use for poutry feeds. Grains and flour.

Doing business with our bolder neighbors reduce pressure on US dollars.

Bolder neighbors is so important with doing business. When buhari close the border he open the northerner border immediately after many northerners talk to him how the border is import to them.

But he refused to open the southern border cause alot of pains and inflation.

We will not only import we will also export

World bank and IMF plan to is to destabilize Nigeria with imported economics policy. The fuel subsidy removal is what will consume this tinubu government. If tinubu knows what is right he should go back to 200N.

we import and consume tech directly. Little productivity. That's why farm machinery and iphones shouldn't be imported on same conditions. Make luxuries harder to import and productive equipments easier to import.
it will make the product expensive and cause inflation as well.
BusinessRe: Diversion Of Diaspora Remittances To Black Market Weakens Naira - CBN by fineboynl(m):
During the time of Obasanjo to Jonathan first term. Banks pay in usd. If the send you money from abroad you will be paid in usd. Even if you dont want it they will pay you. So during that time no body want usd. Because the stress to go and changed it in black market and the difference was just 2-4 naira. And security risk in doing so. Some aboki do stand around the bank premises.

But now you cant get or see Dollars
BusinessRe: Diversion Of Diaspora Remittances To Black Market Weakens Naira - CBN by fineboynl(m):
BoldBrainz:
Shonubi has been talking nonsense for about a week now!!

To the best of my knowledge, there is no medium of remittance from the Diaspora that is outside the various operating windows run by banks and financial institutions.

There's no way you can lay hands on dollars sent to you from a sibling abroad, if you don't walk into a banking hall. All the flutterwave, Remitta, etc.., run transactions across borders, yes. But they basically deal with numbers, where you stand to receive alerts into your Nigerian accounts or domiciliary accounts, as the case may be. But there is no channel that hands over paper currency to an individual as proceeds from diaspora remittance, if not banks and other money houses.

So what's this load of garbage this clown is vomitting?!
they do there are local money transfer agent all over Asia and Europe. They will credit ur account in naira and collect your foreign currency. Most of this money are sold to importers and all in perralle rates.

The growing population and technology age is the reason naira is on a free fall. We are nothing in terms of technology and every household has technology from tv to music to fridge to phone to AC Yet we don’t produce any and our population is fast growing.
BusinessRe: Diversion Of Diaspora Remittances To Black Market Weakens Naira - CBN by fineboynl(m):
This is somehow true. It was the gap between the official and unofficial rate, no one want is money to short change. During emelefe i was saying this same thing. You don’t expect me to change my dollar so low and when i want it back i will only get it very high from black market

Southern are greedy. Why would a landlord increase rent in the south once subsidy is removed. These are houses that was built years ago. I have properties at places in southern Nigeria and I never increase my rent , but other landlord in my area increased theirs which is uncalled for. What does subsidy has got to do with properties built many years ago?
public house is an investment that appreciate except for personal use. the landlord is also facing challenges with economy realities. so everyone is adjusting to survived. mind you my rent was increase with 50%. i complained that 50% is too much he refuse. i went out to look for another house but they were even more expensive coupled with the agent and lawyer fees. just that i love my location. i was not really ready to move to another cheaper place for now even that agent and lawyer fee will still discourage you. i had to option than to retain the place. with all this expense everybody will adjust price to survived

its not about greed. its because of lack of opportunity. you can hardly become rich in such region if you are not a politician.

if the transporter increase the transport northerners will not enter, they will rather trek.

northern region can only be beneficiary if your work remotely and not making money from the state. but if you hope to make money there you on a long thing. and that N50 will be come big money for you to make there.

what will you say to a landlord that added 150k to house rent. and also shop rent increase after subsidy?

every one is under pressure and there is no way you can meet up if you sell lower.

in the north the standard of living is low including rent. and enhance the pressure is not much.

you cant compare city life with village
