my lovely mamas in the house i tink this pcos is a new strategy from the pit of hell, was diagnosed yesterday with a cyst ,also on the chubby side ,all my life i have been on one weightloss program or product but once i stop i gain all the weight back.

Now gynae placed me on metformin, he says it will help in reducing my appetite for food and later shrink the cyst as this is stopping me from ovulating.

pls can i take serrapaptase and metformin together?

@ayashow you are not alone on this i also tot the mild pain i experience monthly on cd 13 with lots of vagina discharge was ovulation pain.

Gudmoning mamas in d house, have not bin here in a while congrats to d preg mums may u all bring forth healthy babies. am here to rant cos am depressed and wonder why God has remained silent. was diagnosed with bilateral hydrosalpinx and fibroid have used 2 packs of guifeibao and 2 bottles of ACV and BSM with lots of prayers and recently concluded 21 days fasting. hmmmm my God where is ur face? I went for a repeat hsg scan with all faith that my tubes will be opened but rather got another report of uterine adhesion coupled with the hydrosalpinx in my fallopian tubes, God what will I do now? my marriage will be 5yrs next month. honestly am at a crossed road I don't know what else to do.plz mamas what else do I need to do , what do you advise, my Gynae is talking of removing the tubes and Ivf. I taught the bible say God is a Miracle worker ,God I need a Miracle.

@ mumigrace I was also in ur shoes not until recently when I got a Gynae who treated me for infection for 6 full cycle(no be joke o) now no more pain and fully enjoy bd now. try n check for infection.

mamas that have used guifei bao plz help, i inserted one on wednesday and removed it saturday morning d tissue like substance that came out was not really much but today i have been having pelvic pressure ,decided to take garlic and when i went to pee i noticed the tissue still coming out. is this normal? cos i inserted my fingers into vjay to clean up well on saturday. i dont know if d tissue is still remaining, please how do i remove it completely becos if i use my hand i cant find any but once i pee it comes out. am a bit worried.

@finecheek,I think your immune system has been compromised.Since you have done everything possible and yet the infection refuses to go,it is high time you look for medicine that will build your immune system so that they will fight the infections on their own.Those bacteria have become resistance to the antibiotics you are using.

Try not to sleep with your undies on, bath at night and allow air sweep through your veejayjay

@melsmum I have changed my panties countless times, I wash my panties with hot water, salt + detol and spread them in d sun. I have removed sugary things from my diet I just don't seems to know where dis candida is coming from.

plz I need ur help read ur testimony and I couldn't but help feel relieve that surely if God can do it for you he will also do mine and my sisters on this thread. I was diagnosed with bilateral hydrosalpinx and have used some Chinese ,herbs ,antibiotics all to no avail. I get infections easily despite being careful with my hygiene, I have used ACV and guifei bao but presently still battling with d hydro in my tubes coupled with infection.
plz I will like to know if dir is a specific herb or drug u can advise.

Clearblue Opk is good though more expensive than others. u might need to buy 2pkts so that u start from CD 7 to 15 thats when u will know if u ovulate or not though u didnt tell us ur circle lenght to make sure u cover a wide range. U might find out to ur surprise that u ovulate late or earlier than u thought.

@ Tenderchic plz how much is the clear blue opk? my cycle varies BTW 28-30 days but I usually feel d ovulation pain on day 13.I started charting from day 8 - 15.what do u advise plz tank u as I await ur response.

Hope you used the predicte at the right time,if yes forget all this ovulation predicte most of them are not accurate except for clear blue which is good. seeing a stretchy egg white mucus is a clear indication of ovulation. Just baby dance during this phase

pls I need someone to help me on this, I have a regular cycle and usually have mid cycle pain on my left side majorly and some mucus which I tink indicates ovulation. but used ovulation predicte strip during my last cycle but none showed I ovulated but yet I still had the ovulation pain. Am so confused right now because my Gynae said its annovulatory cycle. any mama shld plz help, does that mean I don't ovulate?

I'm taking it according to the inscription on the bottle. Two spoonful with one spoonful of honey in 8oz of water first thing in the morning, mid-morning and mid-afternoon

I reduced it to one spoon per 8 oz of water and it settled well with my body ever since and no more pain.

I also had bad cramps on my right side while on Acv had to discontinue.if d cramps becomes unbearable reduce d quantity u take.

@ mummyesther I also had a nasty experience at unioun diagnostics at ikotun was bleeding so much and d heartless guy was shouting at me to open my legs.eventually d result was inconclusive and I was referred to dir head office for another hsg to be carried out infact I almost fainted.

because of this encounter I have not had the courage to go for another hsg.
plz can mamas in abuja suggest where I can get a painless hsg done.
