With Epidural these days, you hardly feels any pains during and after CS. Expect for little pains on the upper spinal cord with last less than 24 hours.

C'mon u know the pain I'm talking about. Stop been ignorant with epidural it wears off after surgery and also u can get epidural with Vaginal birth and u feel no pain during labour. No good surgeon will advice a woman without complication to accept surgery. I'm an advocate of CS when it's necessary. My both sisters had the 5 kids thru CS. I was their care giver during the process. I had mine through Vaginal birth and I was up and going the next minute. I live abroad , the day I gave birth , my husband only droped me off at the hospital, went back to work and pick me off the next day back to the house and I was by myself with my baby. With CS can that be possible ?.No. Go back ask u r wife wife and tell u those pains are not little. Do u know u don't eat for almost a day after CS. I repeat CS is a najor surgery and I laugh at people that choose without complication.

Vaginal birth is always the best option in as much as there is no crisis. CS is a major surgery, the operation, the after care is not just easy. No body tells u there is a serious pain after CS. But that doesn't mean u don't opt for CS when it's necessary. Some women only option of birthing there infant is thru surgery and they must adhere to there doctors instructions.

Good morning house. So we r 18weeks +6 today. Got my first TT shot and malaria drug at my antenatal appointment yesterday. Baby refused to open leg so gender not known yet.
Abeg, my baby is in transverse position and lying very low. I feel so much pain below my abdomen and baby is kicking me down below. Its quite painful and scan ruled no ish.

That was the same issue I had for like 3month untill my mum called and taught me how to handle my lo laying low. When walking, use your hand to carry your tummy, like u a lifting your stomach gently. It helps a lot. It also help to reduce the pain. Also reduce trekking untill u are almost due, always raise your leg on a stool when u sit. Don't hold urine too. Drink plenty of water
I am FTM 39wks 5days today. This are what I did to ease the pain. Supernatural birth for us all.
