Members of an international crime syndicate are suspected of stealing more than 1.4bn yen (US$12.7m/CAD16.6m) from cash machines in Japan in the space of less than three hours, in an audacious heist that involved thousands of coordinated withdrawals.

Police believe that as many as 100 thieves stole $13million, none of whom have been apprehended, worked together using forged credit cards containing account details illegally obtained from a bank in South Africa.

The culprits used the fake cards at 1,400 convenience store automated teller machines on the morning of 15 May, according to police. Each made a single withdrawal of 100,000 yen – the maximum allowed by the cash machines.
The thieves targeted cash machines in the capital Tokyo and 16 other prefectures, according to Kyodo News.

Japanese police have asked the authorities in South Africa, via Interpol, to establish how the credit card information was obtained.

Transaction data retrieved from the cash machines suggests that the criminals used information for 1,600 credit cards issued by the South African bank, which has not been named.
The Yomiuri Shimbun reported that the withdrawals began just after 5am last Sunday, with the last one made just before 8am the same day.

Reports suggest that members of the gang may no longer be in Japan. By using cards that were issued in a different country from the one in which the fraud took place – and on a day of the week when banks were closed – they were probably able to buy themselves enough time to leave the country before their crime was discovered.

Japan is the latest victim of a string of ATM heists using credit cards forged using leaked data. In one case, thieves withdrew 4.5bn yen in 26 countries , including Japan, in 2012 and 2013, the Yomiuri said.

The Zika virus is carried by mosquitoes, but can also be transmitted sexually.

The virus is linked to microcephaly, a condition in which babies are born with undersized brains and skulls.

Brazilian newspaper Folha de S.Paulo said between 100,000 to 150,000 condoms had been supplied at Olympics since 2000 in Sydney.

The Chinese government has issued a statement strongly dismissing reports it is packaging human meat as corned beef and sending it to African grocery stores.

The government was forced to respond after several African publications reported the allegations, made by Facebook user Barbara Akosua Aboagye in a post which has since been shared 26,168 times.

South African websites Msanzi Live and Daily Post even went so far as to speculate the reason behind exporting human meat is due to China’s overpopulation, suggesting the country is unable to find space to bury its dead.

Chinese Ambassador to Zambia Yang Youming issued a statement on Chinese State Media, saying: “Today a local tabloid newspaper is openly spreading a rumour, claiming that the China use human meat to make corned beef and sell it to Africa.

“This is completely a malicious slandering and vilification which is absolutely unacceptable to us. We hereby express our utmost anger and the strongest condemnation over such an act.”

China has invested heavily in Zambia, especially in the mining industry, however its economic downturn has directly affected workers in the country, with plants being closed and operations
Some Chinese companies have also come under fire for allegedly exploiting their Zambian workers.
Officials are concerned that rumours, such as those about the exporting of human meat, will further strain the relationship between locals and Chinese businesses.

The BringBackOurGirls group yesterday confirmed that the second Chibok girl returnee, Miss Serah Luka, was not among the 276 girls that Boko Haram abducted over two years ago.
The Nigerian Army had claimed on Thursday night that a second Chibok girl, Miss Serah Luka, was rescued.

Serah’s rescue came as Miss Amina Ali, who was rescued on Wednesday by members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (JTF) on the fringes of Sambisa, was flown in a presidential jet with her family to Abuja, where she met with President Muhammadu Buhari at Presidential Villa in Abuja.

A statement by the Nigerian Army spokesman, Col. Sani Kukasheka Usman had said Serah, who was Number 157 on the list of the abducted schoolgirls, was a Junior Secondary School One (JSS1) student of Government Secondary School, Chibok, at the time of her abduction, and was believed to be the daughter of Pastor Luka.

The army claimed that Miss Luka was a JSS1 student at the time of her abduction ran contrary to what had been reported consistently for two years that the 276 girls who were abducted by Boko Haram were Senior Secondary School Three (SS3) students who were in school taking their West African School Certificate examination.

A federal high court sitting in Lagos, yesterday, authorized the Attorney General of the Federation to commence the prosecution of a Lagos businessman, Innocent Chukwuma, his company Innoson Nigeria Limited and four others for alleged forgery offences.

Presiding judge, Saliu Saidu based his ruling on an application filed before the court by the Federal Ministry of Justice that the Attorney General of the Federation has taken over the prosecution of the accused persons which the prosecutor from the office of the Inspector General of Police objected to.

After listening to the submission of the counsel of the two parties, the court decided that the Attorney General of the Federation should go ahead with the prosecution of the accused persons.

Consequently, the Attorney General filed a four-count amended criminal charge against the accused persons.

The other accused persons to be arraigned alongside Chukwuma are Charles Chukwu, Maximian Chukwura, Mitsui Osk Lines, and Annajekwu Sunny.

In the four-count amended criminal charge number FHC /L/565/C/2015 filed before the court by the Director of Public Prosecutions of the Federation, Federal Ministry of Justice, Mohammed Saidu Diri, it was alleged that, Innoson Nigeria Limited, Innocent Chukwuma, Charles Chukwu, Maximian Chukwura, Mitsui Osk Lines and Annajekwu Sunny between January, 2010 and April 2011 at Apapa Wharf criminally conspired among themselves to wit, falsification of shipping documents which they deposited with Mitsui Osk Lines Lagos which was used as collateral for the purpose of clearance of raw materials polyinlchloride (PVC) for the production of roof ceiling and other imported items.

Mr Diri alleged further that all the accused persons same time and place did without lawful authority and with intent to defraud, utter the shipping clearance documents to the shipping Line Mitsui Osk Lines which was used as collateral for the purpose of obtaining a loan of N2.4 billion from Guaranty Trust bank Plc for the purpose of clearing raw materials Polyvinylchloride for the production of roof ceiling and other imported items.

The accused persons were also alleged to have falsely and fraudulently represented as genuine, the uttered shipping documents and presented same to Guaranty Trust bank Plc to obtain a loan of N2.4 billion.

All the offences alleged to have been committed by the accused persons are contrary to and punishable under sections 3(6),1(2)(C) of the miscellaneous offences Act Cap. M 17 Laws of the Federation, 2004.

Justice Saidu has adjourned till 31st of May, 2016 when all the accused persons will be arraigned.

Indonesian President Joko Widodo has given his consent for the harsh new law, which aims to prevent the sexual abuse of children across the country, AFP reports.

A justice ministry spokesman confirmed that microchips and chemical castration are among the measures under consideration for child rapists and paedophiles.

“The microchip will be fitted before the criminals are released from prison, and is needed to monitor and locate them after they are freed,” said Asrorun Niam Sholeh, head of government backed child rights group, the National Commission for Child Protection (NCCP).

Seriously I have been looking for someone with vast knowledge like the OP to help/assist me with my blog.
I have things going e g Adsense approved within two days but what I seem not to get is why have I been lacking visitors/traffic. Even when I searched for a particular unique post of my blog on Google, my site will not come up instead Google will show related topics from other sites.

PLEASE can you review www.enzyhub.com and tell me what I'm lacking.

1. MAIN problem is traffic.
The site's traffic is nothing to write home about.

2. Google doesn't show my topic unless I attach my site name beside the search input

3. After moving to cloudflare my "wordpres andriod app" stopped working and my VISUAL WRITING also not working. I have surfed, tried everything yet iz not working.
