I just replied someone who said exactly what u said just now so go down the thread on my breakdown costs of building a filling station, it's something I have advised people on many occasion.. Besides I can see the phrase strategic location like there are not fuel stations in towns and even in some remote villages self ...I'm guessing you must be from Lagos where overpriced plot of lands can be sold at anything ...remember no matter how expensive the land is sold, the unit price is the same so roughly all fuel stations make jst abt the same value of sales

I am far from Lagos. Please, I can't scroll back to see your previous comment. Could you copy it and use it to quote his comment? I beg you. I am asking because I have interest in that business.

Dear diasporan, firstly, I would like to thank you for your passion for Nigeria, I decided to move back to nigeria a year ago too after 7 years in the Uk. So I understand your anxiety in all ramifications.
Secondly ignore all the negative comments you see on this thread, only people who have left nigeria for years and see there is hardly anything a developed country can offer, only a developing country can provide the means by which ones investment can grow without endless Taxes, bills, social security contributions, medical insurance e.t.c

You have done well for yourself by saving up to 30k to invest in Nigeria and trust me with the right planning you would not go wrong, there are people living in Lagos who have the equivalent of 30k dollars in naira and they are not in politics or ever travelled to the US so how come they have 30k dollars in thier account.

So please ignore anyone who discrouages from coming back to invest in a country that would give you a Massive yield for your investment. It's better to be a king in your country than a mouse in someone else.

So back to the information you really need, your safe bet in Nigeria right now which can generate up to 50% yield is these 3 things : 1.education 2. Real estate 3. Petrol/filling station ...your capital of 30 k dollars is more than enough to do this ...

So like I said above in less than a year your business would have paid back it's 30k investment, the only serious setbacks of doing business in Nigeria is finding the right type of people to get you started not the cost of fuel or police brutality or lack of electricity or any of the things you see on twitter or cnn...

The full scenario of Nigeria is not what you see online, there are incredible opportunities here you would never see online cos it's very hard to describe the opportunities online to anyone ...
I don't think I can say everything on here since I moved back to Nigeria but first things first you would need to incorporate a Nigerian company. I am a Nigerian lawyer so I can help you with that as fast as you can say the word a certificate of incorporation. Thereafter we would have to help you with a domicillary account so your money can be moved across continents with ease .. In addition I could also help you with a certificate of capital importation ( this certficate allows you to transfer your current at the Cbn rate )

After this then your business or company is ready for any actual real investment possible ...also if you do not mind I have 3 detailed business proposals on the 3 ideal business I listed above which is 1. Building a small scale school (education ) 2 . Real estate (buying land or a building the finished product at a high margin house flipping it's called or 3. A petrol / filling station ( petrol stations in Nigeria make up to 400,000 naira in a day ( I have statistics to back this up ) so imagine building a petrol station with 30k dollars and making up to 1k dollars in sales in a day ...

In less than a month after you start operating you would thank God for leaving the US and coming to invest in Nigeria and not missing out on the Nigerians on twitter or fb ...cos real business is not on twitter or fb...it's here in Nigeria in particular when you get the right type of people to help you ....

This post is too long so pls contact so I can send the business proposals I have for you for free firstly then after I can advice you on the company matters so you can find out if these things I say are lies or not ....
Yours sincerely
Akinola eluyefa esq

Did you just say $30k can build one a petrol station? If so, every Nigerian would own a filling station na. Don't deceive the Op in a bid to sell your services abeg. Do you even have an idea that $30k is roughly 10 million naira? That amount can't even buy you a good land that is located in strategic place ideal for building filling stations.
Guy behave!

I disagree. The only thing that will stop is that you can't just jump from level zero to level one by simply buying 10 $5 reviews.

I have been watching you closely and I have found you to be too tribalistic for someone who is a service provider - writer. I have jobs that I would have outsourced to you; enough to change your tribalistic life, but no, I won't be doing that and I'm very sure there are plenty people like me who you are chasing away too. Please, I need people to come to my aid, I've been trying to register for google VPS but my cards keep getting rejected. I use Diamond ana Access banks. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Cc Fingerprinter Mrphysics Beatzone
It been very long I had something to do with vps. But when I did, I used my access bank visa card. If you have tried access bank and it is not working, it could be that you don't have iPIN set on the card. Visit an access bank atm, and find your way around setting an iPIN for the card.

You are getting serious over nothing, I think your life is so complicated you are so sad with yourself. The person you are attacking was only being funny about the God of Abraham part.

And yes, he has a right to be happy about a 30K job, when was the last time you gave someone 30K please? They are people rocking 10K jobs and they are surviving. God blesses grateful people like him who appreciate the 30K as they grow higher to better jobs, not ungrateful boastful broke-ass noisemakers like yourself!

You started on a good note and ended badly when you had to call me a broke ass. Unless there is a new definition for the word "broke", I am far from being broke.
For the guy I quoted to be rejoicing and even thanking God of Abraham for a 30k goes to show that he doesn't even plan to upgrade himself. But if he's actually using that as a stepping stone, then kudos to him. No young guy of this present Nigeria should ever be comfortable doing a job of 30k a month.

Bad Market for you guys especially if you are not Igbo. Do everything you can to Redeploy O. The state doesn't pay. you can spend over 2,000 to go to the state capital if you were posted to the rural areas. Also the indigene are not friendly at all.
Shut up, you tribal bigot. There is no where in Ebonyi state where you would spend more than 6,00 before getting to the state capital.
Why do you guys derive joy in making unsubstantiated claims? Do you get paid for being an idiot and a bigot at the same time?
With your comments, it's obvious you have never crossed the boundaries of your village in ogbomosho

God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob indeed. He's turning things around for 30k a month. Guy add value to your life and live a good life jare.
When are you going to collect 30k until you save up just 1m which can't even buy a reasonable 2005 and above model car?
Honestly, I cringe when people rejoice over 30k a month.
It's better I go learn mechanic than to collect 30k a month.

Religion / Re: What Power Draws People To Christian Crusades? by Fingerprinter(m): 9:36am On Nov 19, 2017
Baba, forget talk, no special thing or miracle happens in those events.
Have you heard of what is called crowd mentality? That's the exact thing that draws people to those crusades. If Muslims hold crusades, you would still see the same people that flocked Christian crusades in the same Muslim crusades. I'll explain why that happens below.

Man is a social animal, he takes pleasure in the presence of others. This is the exact same reason that many people flock secular music concerts. The same things that people do when they attend concerts is the same thing they do when they attend these crusades because they are all social events.

When attending concerts, people go with their partners, same happens for crusades. After the concerts, people go have sex with their partners, same happens when they attend crusades. Some even have the sex at the convert venues, same happens in crusade. If you doubt me. Go to TBS on December 2nd after they must have held The Experience on December 1st, then come back and report to me. Bottom line is, people only see these crusades as social gatherings where they could go cool off stress after the day's activities.
This is not saying that there is not a minute few who still think that miracles happen in crusades.

There is a third group. These ones are music lovers. You know during crusades, they normally invite the best musicians to perform. All those are baits because they know people fall for good music.
So, no miracle happens in crusades that don't happen in other similar social events.

When Reinhard Bonke was reigning those days, I had a cousin sister that was born deaf and dumb. I have another distant relative that got crippled due to accident. They would always flock these crusades, no matter where it was hosted. At the end of the day, we would hear that crippled walked, but it would never be people that we knew personally. This means that even the supposed miracles that happen in crusades are sham miracles. If they are not, how is it that there is nobody you know born deaf and dumb or blind from death that ever got healed in crusades. It is always others that get healed.

Before you talk about faith, my cousin was a little child when all that was happening. I can authoritatively say that the faith of her mother that was usually taking her to those crusades those days was obviously more than the size of a bean seed not to talk of mustard seed. Yet, nothing happened. The only thing that happened were unverified stories of others that were healed.

Verdict: crusades are social events where people come to cool off after the day's activities. Though there are a minute few that come to seek non existent miracles there.
