The man raised some points that they should have beeninvestigated instead of telling us about hilux budgeted or not.
The complainant said the money was paid into Abba Kyari's front account, can they not simply tell the man to provide the bank statement?

The complainant said he speaks with Abba Kyari on phone, can they not simply order the network providers to furnish them with the call logs of both parties ?

The complainant said they met at a hotel on specific dates, can they not order the hotel management to furnish them with Cctv tapes on those dates?

The complainant said he went to EFCC, I believe there will be a visitor's book opened in EFCC, Can it not be checked to see if the man was their guest on the dates he mention?

Even if the presidency did not award any Hilux conctract, should we also rule out the possibility that Abba kyari simpled scammed the man?

My goodness how did we have these set of evil and daft men presiding over the affairs of this Nation, and to think they always brandish themselves as fighting corruption makes sensible Nigerians want to go insane.
