can the job title be on the reference letter without raising any eyebrow?

IMO, I can be wrong but from what have been said here,
Seniors and IRCC says you pick your NOC using your Job Duties not the title. if your JD fits into NOC A, that's it to avoid Mismatch

I'm no good at helping people choose NOC o. I just assist in analysing what you yourself have already chosen.

Look at your job description, get the NOC you think matches it (you must have one already if you are posting ITA)....number the NOC duties 1 to 20 and place the number beside the JD that you think matches it...paste here and many eyes will examine it for you.

I chose NOC XYZ a very straightforward NOC, my job description fits into it well but my job title is a skill level C. Will this affect my application?
e.g NOC 3112 I don't work as a physician but an assessor, my employment letter carries Patient assessor i.e Supervise home care services.

Also, will uploading my work reference letter alone suffice?

Pele...I feel your pain as I recently experienced something close. I got a free test after I was advice by ednut1 to send a mail to IDP Australia. Please send a mail to both Australia and MOD guys in Nigeria. I wish you all the best.

I had my IELTS GT (IDP) test yesterday. During the listening test, my headset was not clear. It sounded like a radio not in its proper frequency.
I complained during the exam and the headset was replaced with a functioning one though it was in Section 4.
I filled the complaints form immediately after the exam. Anyone here experienced such and share the outcome from the organizers.
After the exam, I learned 2 people complained about the screeching during the listening test. I hope their CCTV is functioning, from the footage they will realize I raised my hand severally but I did not get the attention of the invigilator until we had eye contact and this was towards the end of section 3.
I am pained. I hope I get a positive response from them. o dun mi gan mi oo.

You might want to check the Canadian Express entry thread, someone recently complained about such and he wrote an email to idp Australia. He was rescheduled for free.

Did you write with British Council? even i thought i would get a 9 in reading but to my utmost suprise i got 6.5. i wrote my exam on the 21st of May.
