The road starts from that Ogbunike bypass enroute Umunya (that’s the NYSC camp) and at the moment work is at Igbariam junction..... this is a road that the Pdp people gave contract for about five times without work and nobody was prosecuted..... now it’s being worked on.... remember how muddy that Umunya area usually looks that most motorists bypass it and go through Nteje.... Buhari is the best thing that has happened to SE people I know they hate to accept the fact......,

I see. I'm quite conversant with that stretch of road all the way to Enugu, Abakaliki and Nsukka via 9th Mile. Beats me hollow why GEJ "our son" didn't do jack about that road. Mind you I'm not a Mbuhari fan either. Just an advocate of good governance, that's all

The thickness of that road is quite commendable. I passed there this afternoon and I truely couldnt believe what I was seeing.. With this quality, this road will still be intact in the next 20yrs

Sadly, the court failed to declare Ogboru winner but rather ordered for a re-run election. He died in a controversial car accident in 2012. May God continue to console his family.

I think it is o. Used to pay #5k per taxi drop from the Airport into the city centre several years ago. Not sure what the fee is now. Might be higher. Looks like a good idea if you manage it well. The airport is very busy.
