Yungwizzzy:that is what the law says & so shall it be applied if she is found guilty. No sentiments. |
propzncribz:ok |
Noted. Would revert when I confirm if it suits my clients requirement. Thanks |
@ Nnoli. my brother I just had robust discussions with some one over this subject a while ago. while not hilding brief for Ms Madueke, it would be good to know if her house was searched with a validly obtianed warrant. if they did then no issues at all for me. Let her face the music if guilty |

The act of effecting such searches should in my view be discreet, swift & efficient. Not these pubic shows our security agencies do put up atimes. I hope they got their paper work right this time i.e search warrant & court orders? We dont want a repeat of the bungled Kashamu arrest... |
If true, these are interesting times indeed |
The Police do sometimes call where all they have is your phone number & not an address. The call is not an "arrest" in itself but an "invitation". However whoever feels his reputation has been defamed should go to Court & not the Police. You get my drift...? |
Do a petition to the CP in Charge of X Squad, Alagbon close Ikoyi. Go there your self if you cant afford a lawyer. You can also petition the CP Lagos State. Be bold & courageous... |
What exactly are u saying sir? |
Good for her. The cap fits her... |
The empty land @ Raji Rasaki estate, is that the final price or asking? Also is it your direct brief or you have several agents in between? I have a client that might be keen so need your clarifications. Thanks |
prevail23:. is the lawyers office still functiinal? if yes, chances are your dad has a file there that you need to look at. find out from whoever replaced the late lawyer. this vital tip would help you |
Who was your dads lawyer when he was alive? He certainly couldnt have bought all those properties without legal documentation. Take a good look @ copies of document in your possession. You might find a lawyers contact detail on it. It appears he didnt leave a Will so your family needs to put together a letter of administration so your family can legally administer his known property & access his bank accounts. |
I have observed that most judicial correspondents in print & media houses are inadequately trained to report judicial proceedings. Thats why u get to see/hear conflicting reports of proceedings in Court & the public gets misinformed most times |
modath:ok thanks. probably glossed over it |
CyberWolf:Apparently its the same Marafa..... |
I have heard this absurd story a few times and I wonder if the branch staff are not accomplices to this kind of scam. It takes a lot of guts for a non staff to loiter in the banking hall pretending to be a staff and he is not noticed? As for the woman, her carelessness is top notch.... |
The employers of this guard surely must have his personal data to enable the Police track him...or how did he get the job if he was not interviewed? |
GboyegaD:. The trend is worrisome. almost on a daily basis I see up to 3 cases of rape in the news |
tobimillar:It doesnt work that way sir. The bail sum is not paid immediately but evidence of it is furnished by the sureties.... |
For the 1st time I would agree with Chukudi44 on his position. This CCT trial might end up being quashed at the Appellate courts on the ground of this technicality. While it is obvious that Saraki is guilty of the infractions alleged, the modus of his arraignment is faulty. The Government in its rush to nail Saraki missed to comply with this vital provision of the law. i rest my case. |
very impressive designs. good work |
