TheLeakyTribe: While it seems like a great way out right now, especially if the visa in question was not cancelled, if It were me, I'd be thinking about the future.
She just received a visa denial and shortly after she turns up at a POE to use the existing visa which is also due to expire soon, what would you think If you were the admitting officer? A visa can admit you at any time until it expires but what happens if she is turned back at the POE, won't that further worsen a simple case?
I believe it would be better to prepare for the upcoming interview and trust God than to attempt to use the present visa. My opinion sha, decision is yours to make |

LadyGuinivere: @shrekandfiona for president! You were blunt and totally on point. We always pray for favour but He who comes to equity must do so with clean hands. Look at this scenario. Why are you renewing and the answer is, in case I need it. That's exactly what the poster did the ist time. Walk on the gray line. That lineshould be rarely used. Now letter of intent/notification holds no weight because we are misusing it. Peace out! Peace in mbok Be speaking my mind like u read it |

Some mamas were complaining about something like dandruff on babies head. Can't remember remember what u guys called it in yoruba. But the English name is cradle cap.
Anyway the solution that worked Wash hair with sebamed shampoo Then use pears baby oil ( it has olive oil in it) After like 2 or 3 days u will see it leaving the scalp. Just comb it out... |

lamdec: Right now, expressing isn't an option, cos I go to work, I leave home 5.30 every morning and get back home around 7pm, most times I am overly exhausted. I usually go to his creche to breastfed him twice daily but nowadays whenever I go, he is not even in the mood for breastmilk. I will ask about the cod liver oil....I didn't know I can add palm oil, I was thinking of adding olive oil. the time u go to the cretch pump the milk. And before bed. What do u think? |

He is 7 months, I can still breast feed though, but I am working and its quite difficult. Please what diet can I incorporated to give him calcium, iron and vit A. He takes, pap, semo, amala and cereal (gerber) but I can't give him cereal any more because I can't add milk. worry359: How will you explain your baby when you leave? Do you intend to pay for your medical care or are you going to ignore the bill?
Best case, you will be banned for fraudulent declaration, never get USA visa again. Worst case you will be banned with a criminal case waiting for you for not paying. Your child will never get green card. |

Confirmeroptima: Please what are the implications of not declaring that you are pregnant. Am in Hosuton I came in pregnant but I wasnt asked at poe? Thank you really... They don't ask "are you pregnant" it's you that'll declare it. I'm sure they asked why you are in the US. It's d same implication of concealing pregnancy to enter the US.... Some escape it, since me don't.... Ladyguinivere what are d implications? |

MamaTees: Hello Nairalanders,
I'm a newbie here. i've had a long read and i'm almost exhausted however, i have a few questions to ask. I'll appreciate good leads. I hold a 2 years b1/b2 visa, went for vacation with hubby in July 2015. Now i'm preggers and we plan to have an Obama baby my questions is as follows:
1. Do i need to write a letter of change of intent as i wasn't pregnant at the time i went for interview and i wasn't asked any question about being pregnant.
2. I have relatives in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) but what i have been reading about their bill isn't smiling at all. Is there a package similar to El paso or MHIS at NC. I'll appreciate leads. (Note: we're comfy to stay where we have relatives) To your number one question. You can send a notification of intent. As In writing to tell them u r traveling for birthing in d US. Number two question... I don't think there is. But there are a couple of NC people of late... So u guys Join forces and help us crack that place |
