To be franks, I had the soft copy of this book from a Greek friend and other spiritual & Occultic book he zipped (88 books) and sent to me for free over 18 years now.
And I have kept it well safe in my email since then.

The closet I have gone through it was just quick scan till date I have not cared to read them.
