The remaining 85% would be sourced by the investor. If CHINA gives you 50% grant on railway project, just know that the cost is already inflated by 100%.

Propaganda cannot stop this project because of the huge economic potential it holds. The Coastal areas need to be linked together for explosion of economic potentials.
