Alright. The answer to the question depends. That is, it depends on the couples. If they are secular, nominal couples, it's their choice to see if they feel convenient with it or not. But if it's strict religious couple as the question stated, then it's bad. Porn itself is a sin. So, it's sinful watching and enjoying other people sin or committing sin. They both already have themselves at that moment to touch or look at or do whatever they want, look at anything you want in a woman/man body in your partner and get to business. If you have to watch porn before you arouse to have sex with your partners indirectly means, she's not able enough to arouse you at the moment.

Then generally for all couples non-religious or religious, porn is bad for couples because the styles, positions and various things they do in porn may not be achievable in real sense or unhygienic or dangerous - ass to mouth, deep throat etc. When you adapt to these things and you're not able to do it in real life, this kills the drive of the couples.
Then the kind of positions and sort of crazy girls, perfect ass, skin, eyes etc you see in porn and how they behave will just raise their expectation and they may not be able to achieve this in real life.
You can browse on different girls in porn, slim, petite, fat but you only gat one wife, she can't be slim, fat ass, petite at the same time, so better not to arouse your expectation and kill the arousal you derive from your wife. Porn can't move a woman the way it does to a man, that's why porn has spoilt the lives of lots of men. It's a pathetic situation. 70% of men today are porn addicts but you wouldn't know. Young boys, clergy men, lonely men, married men, good boys, bad boys, old men are all caught up in the web of porn.

Best thing is to train your kids and loved ones to stay away from porn, never start it, because when you get caught up in it, it's hard to stop.
