Cuteecece: Hello house please I need help my interview was on the 17th of Aug. I was denied visa because they said I didn't have a strong tie to my country home although I was asked after graduation what next ? I told them I will come back to my job and put in for promotional positions because I work in a bank. Please what was I suppose to have said. Kindly assist because I will be going again for another interview by Nov/dec Bro the truth is that they are tired of hiring this generic reason. Tell them simething like what your course of study will do for your bank. How you want to use this new knowledge and add positively to the growth of your banking system and rank top among other banks. Browse about banking systems. Banking is far from my field of interest so I cant say much about it. Post mock interviews for criticism and review here. Hope this will help in a way. Thanks. |

jelmusboy: I've been on AP since Tuesday and class starts on Monday 20th August.
My heart is beating fast cos I don't if the issue is with my SOA verification or backlog at the embassy.
What can I do? Lol,bro chill. I do not think the problem is from your SOA. It is from the embassy themselve,am affected too. My interview was on august 15 but was rescheduled to an indefinite date due to a problem at the U.S embassy in abuja(is that where u applied?). Most likely, they will resume after the holiday which is on thursday next week. So my best opinion is for you to put God in this first, and report to your school today immediately about the problem if you have not. |

roniex2: You will be out of status and eventually get shipped out of the US This kind of thoughts when executed are the cause of problems why student visa is now hard to get. If you intend to work, please seek for a visa for that category, not under student visa. Stop getting things WRONG in this country. PLEASE! |

Timmypaul: pls bro how do Vo know about our sevis payment even without showing them receipt. Well,it automatically appears on their system screen after two days. So if u just made the payment a day before ur interview,it will not reflect on their system and they may just use that as an excuse to deny you even if you provide a receipt. So next time, pay it in advance to avoid issues or if u pay so late, make sure to mail the sevis adminstration so that they will process it quickly, plead with them. So I ask again, when did u make the payment |

Maybe u didnt make d payment at the recommended time that it will reflect at the V.O system...Maybe he or she difnt see it that was why they asked for the receipt? So how many days before the interview did u make the payment |

ceejay55ceejay: Go with the date that is available. God willing, you get approved, you can contact your school for a letter sort of to cover your arriving late at the POE. Go to seme border, ecobank to pay your sevis fee. It updates quickly without stress. Hold ur naira for account to change to CFA before going to the bank and go with your passport also. If you no sabi road, I can guide you. It's my hood. When did u make the payment? |

Jaked: Visa delayed today at Lagos embassy..my appointment was scheduled for 6:45am but didn't get there till 9am due to hold up on 3rd mainland bridge and the heavy downpour... After the ceremony...biometrics Blalblabla and it got to my turn it goes this
Why are you going to USA Me...I am going for bachelor degree in computer science
Why did u choose the school The offer concentration on information technology and practical courses which align with my career such as ...she cuts in
What are the courses you will take during this program Internet data communication.advance data communication, wireless communication, network security then she cuts in
Why do u choose cs Computer science will improve my technical ability ..it is a known fact that machines are replacing people in the industry however we need people to control this machines which form the basis me wanting to study cs and want to focus on automation
Then she asked what will the course do for me With the knowledge I will be acquiring in the course of this program will make me to be all round IT professional which will allow me to take a job in IT firm such as telecoms company, interswitch, banks she cuts in
Who is sponsoring you My uncle Where does work Blablablabla
She asked Wats the name of the borough he lives
Then I got. confused and I told her the street of where he lives and she said there no place like that and she typed for some secs and she brought the blue paper...sorry for ur past denials but u can still reapply.. what was her reason for denial? |
