The question will btw 50mins to 1hr or more. The questions are mostly logical. There is a section for personality test sha.

Before you start the test, make sure u have enough time and no disturbance. Its tiring sha. You will be given a week to complete your test and submit it.

If you are lucky to pass this stage you will be called for a phone interview or so (I didn't pass this stage).

Its very good to be optimistic bro., just know that this is a worldwide recruitment with 100 of thousands who have applied. Don't put ur mind into d job that much.

Furtherance to the job vacancy posted by ammyluv (Site Administrator) some days back. I applied and was called for the interview today. I passed and was given an offer. Though the offer is small, I am considering it, just to keep body and soul together.

You guys should stop the panicking. According to how last year's own was done, the assessment invite was sent based on SPECIALTY AREAS such as operations, finance, mgt accounting, etc.

The only time you should panic is when you were not sent a mail when your specialty area was sent.

For those that applied for operations, yours will be sent last, unless it has been changed.

My fingerlings are about to the introduced to the pond (earthen pond). Please I have some questions;
1) How often should I change the water?
2) How often should I treat them (e.g Multivitamins and tetracycline)?
3) What will the feeding look like for 2000. fingerlings? Like how much would one spend onan average to feed them adequately to maturity?
4) Do I still need to sort? Since its a big earten pond.

I have observed that most people who are pro-masturbation all have a valid argument. When it comes to religion, they say it is not in the bible. When it comes to morality, they say it helps prevent rape and sexually transmitted diseases. Good and fine.

But we need to look at this differently, let us put religion aside. Someone who is a chronic masturbator has no control over his/her feelings or emotion. He/she sees everything in the light of sex. Any little thing can easily rouse them and they go about masturbating, they are have become slaves to their emotions rather than being a master. Anything that makes us loose control over our emotion, feelings, thoughts, is bad. Really bad

You can go ahead to justify why we should masturbate, but I believe everyone knows the right thing deep down.

If you support masturbation, I bet u have to support lesbianism, homosexuality, bestiality, incest, etc...
