With the news this morning about the new fuel price @86.5 naira a liter and other fustrating, ear itching news of no infastructure at all in ground after 6months of this drowning government of change that am regretting and applying for refund of my flight ticket I flew in from London to come dash my vote??

Since 8th of this December 2015 we in uk here have been celebrating the record low price of petrol in history. From £1.13 to £0.99 under a day if u have a calculator u will notice it dropped approximately some 45% And you are telling me some sai baba yemu yemu.... oil producing nation lo ma jesu.

POLICE ARREST 3 SUSPECTS

THE police in Enugu have confirmed the arrest of an Enugu town union president and three other natives of the same community for alleged involvement in the killing of Ejimofor Ozongwu, a lawyer, who was murdered in his hometown Okwojo, Ngwo in Udi local council of Enugu State on December 23.

The deceased, an executive secretary of the Enugu State Committee on creation of Adada State, was lured from where he was attending a wedding in Enugu, ambushed and murdered in cold blood.

Enugu State Police Public Relations Officer, Ebere Amaraizu (DSP), who confirmed the arrest, gave the names of the suspects as Denis Ozongwu, Sebastian Offor and two others, whose names were yet to be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.

The police spokesperson said in Enugu that the President General of the Okwojo town union Denis Ozongwo had alleged that he was shot at by the deceased but dismissed the claims explaining that investigations suggests that the wound he sustained came after the deceased had been killed.

Amaraizu disclosed that the manhunt for the perpetrators of the dastardly act is on assuring that the police was working round the clock to apprehend the culprits and all those who had a hand in the murder.
Already the people of Okwojo in their numbers led by the traditional Prime Minister Ozo Ramsey Onyia have paid a solidarity/condolence visit to the family washing their hands off the act, which they described as an abomination.

Ozo Onyi, who spoke during the visit, also noted that those who may have been involved whenever they are unveiled remained persona non grata in the community describing the deceased as the only practising lawyer in the community who had borne the legal burden of his people while alive.

Brother to the deceased, Eric Ozongwu, related the death of his elder brother to a certain land tussle where the late lawyer has been farming for more than 30 years pointing accusing fingers to close family relations.

He vowed that the family would do everything possible to ensure that those behind the murder were brought to book, stressing that “Ejimofor’s death will not be in vain.”

ENUGU—The former Secretary of the Enugu State Committee on Adada State Movement, Mr Ejiofor Ozongwu, was Wednesday killed at Okwojo Ngwo, following a land dispute.
Ozongwu, a lawyer, who was in his late 50s, was reportedly killed over a disputed piece of land in his village, Ngwo, near Enugu at about 2pm.
A version of the story had it that the late lawyer had gone to inspect the disputed land when he sighted his opponents in the dispute and fired some gun shots to scare them away.
Ozongwu was said to have in the course of scaring them, wounded the President- General of the town’s union, whose supporters then pursued him and killed him.
Another version was that a group of youths in the area sighted him while inspecting the land and pursued him and killed him before over running his corpse with a vehicle to make sure that he would not be revived.
Some members of the homicide detectives that arrived the scene around 5pm were said to have taken the corpse of the killed lawyer to an unknown hospital mortuary for autopsy.

Enugu State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP Ebere Amaraizu could not be reached for comments on the story, but reports from Okwojo Ngwo said that the whole area had been deserted over fear of possible arrest by the police for questioning.

Are u a lawyer?

If not let me clear you in a lay mans understanding, the election petition tribunal has no right against an internal affairs of a political party (just like this one in taraba saying ishaku was not the due candidate of PDP.) This is automatically an inter party affair and election tribunals has no jurisdiction over it, it can only be challenged in the regular(federal high court) courts alone as the jurisdiction happens to be vested on it.

Election petition tribunal singular jurisdictions are on issues bothering the election(main election not primaries of political party) proper.
To tell you the truth APC and it cohorts will end up vandalizing careers of judges due to the level of there judicial rascality,

To tip ur knowledge I have an election tribunal case of same facts like this against my client in the federal house of representative that I challenged the tribunal in issues of jurisdiction to try pre election cases ( hon offor chukwuegbo v hon Oji chime agu) and the tribunal ruled in my favour by striking out the suit for lack of jurisdicton .

Same APC appealing such and enjoying victory in taraba state have same appeal brought against them by the PDP in Benue state which the tribunal ruled in there favour and now they got a judgment against the PDP in taraba in an issue the appealed against in Benue state .
