Even if it was the VC that signed the appointment letter, with dis babariga saga being mentioned and at this stage they will still find something else to say like "the Minister of Education should also signed for such letters to b valid"

Making an agreement is one, honouring it is another. There are some big guys in APC that have come up the rank of political relevance within the past five years and don't give a flying 'F' about any agreement. Some of the founders of the party from the South like Okrocha, Tinubu,... are not being given a conducive environment in the party and d agreement may suffer the same fate.

These old politicians who should have retired or be retiring are still here fighting to increase their political relevance

it seems only PDP and APC are the only political parties that have good structures in every part of the country, which makes them the only political parties with representative in almost every local governments and even wards and thus the only political parties logically capable of winning a presidential election in this country. it's unfortunate that the two parties only produce these "old men"
