Amaechi is not a failure but I think aregbeshola is
Aregbe is probably the best on that list if you don’t know, what happened in Osun was one of his weaknesses. He is suffering from addiction to engineering projects
Go to osogbo to find out what people are saying about him, there will never be another governor like him.He just made mistake for priotizing projects over salaries not that he stole the money

Aregbesola??
Wahala ti de
Probably the best
It’s going to be difficult to find someone as competent and sincere as Aregbesola,if you don’t know he constructed majority of best roads in Lagos and osun state and you should forget stealing
Aregbe isn’t a criminal

Truly there may be no viable alternative but ita production can be controlled and use limited.
Then it’s going to lead to inflation in price of goods and services

Been long since I saw an actually intellectual post on nairaland. Kudos Op
I agree a ban on plastic importation as well as plastic indigenous industries will go a long way. As for recycling I think incentives should be added for those who are able to gather huge amount of plastics. This was the idea indomie used earlier on.
What he listed above isn’t realistic, the only way is proper recycling
Nothing can replace plastic and Infact the case is in uk court right now to lift ban on plastic straw because iron straw killed one blind woman after she fell on it
Nothing can replace plastic it’s just too useful
The Chinese invented plastic bag made from cassava and maize starch but it turned out to be almost the same,it won’t decompose easily
How do you ban bottle water and sachet water ? What do we use after that ?
90% of products are packaged in plastic related materials, how do you ban all these? Even most pen are made of plastic, how do you do it? It’s just impossible
No country is going to be successful banning it
If we look at Paper bag it’s not that useful so there is practically no alternative at the moment

TruthinAction:
You need to visit a psychiatrist. A kingdom divided against itself cannot stand. You think Fulani vigilantes are there to protect the people of Ondo state? No a thousand times no. Rather, they are protecting their brothers in the bush so no one can discover their hide outs. We should try and have some sense. They should be asked to live immediately.
And why must we always use our common sense?

They are just reaping what they Soweth, they the elite destroyed this country and Infact they are still at it
They destroyed the education system and sent their kids abroad
Embezzled money for infrastructure then buy private jets to fly around, generator and house abroad
And now common man who can not afford 3 square meal are having sympathy for them
Its just like your child,if you don’t train them they would become a menace to the society

OBAGADAFFI:
Exactly what I was thinking.

Iran is taking the bait, and they will have no sympathy form their friends when crisis start.
Usa can’t go to war without allies, they can only strikes Iran installations but will never go to war with no one on its side, meanwhile Saudi,Israel or UAE are not really a reliable allies
They themselves rely on USA arms so they have nothing to offer

Just watch as the timid Theresa may will fold like a chicken and do nothing
Theresa May can’t really suppport Royal Navy because the operation they carried out in Gibraltar is Ilegal,as the Spanish said it was carried out on behalf of Americans just to drive Iranian oil export to zero which is very wrong
Thou Europeans have a sanction in place against Syria but Iran is not European member and Europeans don’t impose their sanctions on countries outside Europe
what make it worse is european are still in the nuclear deal and do not support US sanctions against Iran

Iran is heading towards destruction. The combo of israel, uk , saudi and USA go deal with them wella. Nevertheless its about time someone stood up to these bullies
Nations need to stand up to western bullies as you said, they have destroyed many countries and killed hundreds of thousands through sanctions that often leads to starvation and death just because a country is not doing their wish or they don’t like the government. What they don’t know is the elite in any nation will never suffer
They would destroy a country through sanctions and later blame its government meanwhile they themselves are doing the worse but getting away with everything
Iran Should close the straiz if they don’t allow them to sell their oil

EFCC misplaced priority.

We have politicians stealing our common wealth, but they are still out there without being charged.

But all what they could do is to arrest innocent people
They have no PDP member left to prosecute .APC has been in power for 4 years.Or you want them to prosecute APC members

Not surprised. Some schools here in abj bill almost same and even more. Only for the kids to turn out over pampered, with terrible hand writings and just average mathematics knowledge. Although they speak well but for that amount...
they teach more than book and for your info those children are the real leaders of tommorow, they travel the world, teach them swimming, give them confidence and connect them
Such schools are everywhere be it USA,China,uk, and so on.They are not for the poor but for the elite

Those who earn high will never understand how big 10,000 naira is to a poor person who makes peanuts daily.
Before you start spewing trash about the TraderMoni initiative, bear this in mind!!!
Its a lot of money to some people, I once met a woman who couldn’t find 500 naira to start a pure water business
She would buy a bag of pure water (200naira) in credit from a shop near the Car park, sell it in traffic and pay the money in the evening
Repeat the same the following morning
