See PDP too.. Northerners like Atiku will never allow an Igbo man get ticket to run for Presidency.. it's only LP, SDP, APGA and those yeye parties they can cling on to for relevance.

The current constitution actually allows them. That's why you can see an Attah winning election in Eti Osa or Igbos contesting for election in Ibadan or Akure. However, it's up to the locals to vote for them.

Technically, Nwosu denied M.K.O Abiola his election victory.. the aftermath was Military persecution of M.K.O till he got killed in detention.

Had it been a Northerner was the one with Nwosu's task.. M.K.O Abiola would have been declared winner just like we've seen with Jega and Mahmoud.. Trust those other ones at your own peril.
