Ibuprofen and para is enough. You can give Ibuprofen or para(drop) if there's fever

Pre preg, my period was very regular. 28days no more no less. I don't understand my body now. That double pad thingy dinnor work for me and almost disgraced me at a wedding one time. The top pad got full and then it trickled to the wings of the second pad, Na only God save me that day.

I remove the underlying of the second pad, place on the other pad. You supposed dy body conscious since you're team heavy flow. Had the experience in Secondary school, my day wear was soaked that someone called me a woman with the issue of blood.

You can check Nnewi/Nnobi, they also make Okpa well. Or you buy the seed and look for someone to help you process it.

Kelizosuy sorry about the headache dear, just give yourself a reason to smile always, no need dosing your system with drugs, take water, rest and don't allow anything bother you. Wear Adele light clothes at night and keep sweater by the side in case of cold. If is heat rashes, you can use Agnesia powder or any other powder that is baby tolerant.

spiceeamiee I'm team heavy flow right from the day my first AF dropped. Seeing AF twice in a month can be normal depending on your ACL and PL(if you have shorter cycles, your period will come twice in a month). As for pad, I use double pad(2pad) and I keep extra like 1 full pack in my bag in case I'm going out.

Meanwhile it rained last night Abi this early morning. My daughter is still sleeping, hubby just woke up too.

Thank God your son is OK. As per that lab something self, make I talk my own. When I had mc, I went for lab tests after everything has cleared with hubby. When the results came out after 4days, hubby went to pick it up. Can't remember hubby's own

Candidasis: +++
Staph:+++
Blood in urine

When I saw it, I screamed and said lai lai this is not my result o. When I'm not itching, no smelly discharge or fever. Hubby don already start quarrel oo meanwhile he took his own result to doc who placed him on injection, gave him drugs and omeprazole(said he have traces of ulcer). After begging him to redo the test he refused.

I went for a repeat test in the hospital and everything came out clean, hubby no believe. My gyn suggested clinix or union diagnostic. I went to clinix, did hvs/cbc/vdrl/urinalysis and everything came out clean(I didn't take shingibai drugs). My doctor refused to give me drugs or insertion oo so it won't spoil the normal flora.

The day hubby saw the lab man ehh, he insulted devil outta him and even told him to close up his office. Please only if the lab is recommended by your doctor, don't go to any how lab oo maka HBP.

Just the way you cook vegetable yam.

Chicken(beef or fish)
Pepper #100(enough that can pepper)
Green vegetable #100(not ugu o)
Ugba/ukpaka #400
3-4 onion bulbs
Chicken knorr
Red oil(very little quantity)
Salt to taste

Pound your pepper roughly. Cook your chicken till there's no more water in the pot with chicken knorr, salt, onion and pepper only(no need adding plenty seasonings). Please cook with lil water.
Cut your onions in ~~a ring form~~ round and set aside. Wash your vegetable with salt and water thoroughly to remove sand(you don't want a sandy food na), cut and put inside a different pot, add your onions too. Wash your ugba/ukpaka(I don't use fresh ugba), put it inside the pot containing vege and onions. Cook till is a lil done and no water in the pot(don't over cook). Off your gas.
Put some in a plate(the vegetables e.t.c), transfer the cooked chicken into the pot containing vegetables, onions and Ugba, add the pepper(not all of them), add the vegetables e.t.c(the one in the plate), add the remaining pepper. Sprinkle a lil salt(no need adding maggi or knorr again cos your chicken is already seasoned), add lil red oil. Turn everything together with cooking spoon or turner. Cook for some mins and serve.

As for me, am having this reoccurring headache maybe it part of the experience.
I just realized I no longer tolerate any fragrance even that of soap. I have embraced black soap.

please everyone is agbalumo, lime/lemon in lipton tea save in first trimester? I really enjoy taking it because of the sour taste.

11wks1day gone and I still feel terrible. ~~Morning sickness~~ everyday sickness is dealing with me. I can't even keep down food except plain cold water or ice block. I tried beloxi biscuit, it dried my mouth but settled on my throat and I ended up vomiting it. I don't feel dizzy or tired or even food aversion or loss of appetite.

Start what you can finish, I believe the mom is aware of your condition. What happened to her relations, family friends, husband nko, parents house e.t.c? If you can't do it, call your husband and explain to him. He'll leave you for work in the morning and you'll be the one doing the shouting, cooking and talking. When he comes back, you'll serve him food and he'll eat and sleep off. Taking care of another person children is not easy oo cos you don't know the one you'll do and people will talk or maybe after everything their parents will start asking them annoying questions about you. You're already 36wks which is apprx 9mons and this your on/off contraction that you're managing with drugs, I'm not sure you'll reach 40wks oo. What if you fall into labor na your husband go look after them abi you'll do it from the hospital? Sometimes you please yourself and displease others for your sanity.
