FamilyRe: Have You Prayed For Your Husband Today? by floranbee1(f): 9:31am On Jul 22, 2014
Praying together is very effective though, but praying alone for your husband is also very good and if you believe in praying and have seen it's result, then praying for your husband no matter his way of life will motivate you to pray more. I pray. for my husband everyday and I know those prayers go a long way........
HealthRe: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by floranbee1(f): 7:28am On Jul 22, 2014
@jslconsulting,yes I was monitored by my doctor all he said was that the miscarriage could be that I was over stressed or due to an infection. He couldn't give a definite cause and that anything could have caused it.Am very much aware of cervical cerclage but he never mentioned anything like that.thanks
FamilyRe: What Will You Do With The Money You See In His Pocket While Washing? by floranbee1(f): 6:33pm On Jul 21, 2014
Often times, I see money in my hubby's pocket while washing his clothes. I always make sure I tell him but I won't give it to him. When I wash without knowing there's money in his pocket, he will show me and tell me how lucky he is at that time and we laugh over it.
HealthRe: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by floranbee1(f): 6:12pm On Jul 21, 2014
Nice thread here, am so glad I came across it Cos I believe it's an avenue to learn from other people's experience and share mine as well.I've been ttc since 2012 when my first child clocked one year and suffered a miscarriage 2013 at 7weeks.I felt bad though but was ready to try again since it was clear that I had no problem conceiving which I used to think then.2014 March,I took in again and was so glad that I was so careful so that I wouldn't lose it again.Unfortunately, at exactly 5months,I started leaking ammonia fluid Co's of ruptured membrane. To cut the story short,I lost the baby again and since then,I feel incomplete and lonely. Even with my hubby's support and encouragement I still feel the absence of something within me.I know healing up physically and emotionally may take time but I will definitely try again and succeed with God by my side.

FamilyRe: Ladies Can U Allow Man Do This To U by floranbee1(f): 8:33pm On Apr 07, 2013
If Islam can allow a man to marry as many wives as he can, then i think marrying two women at a time means nothing. Talk about minimising expenses or what do you think grin
FamilyRe: MASS WEDDING: 20 Hiv Positive Brides Detected by floranbee1(f): 8:24pm On Apr 07, 2013
Macelliot: The Hisba Board of the northern
state of Kano has discovered 20
HIV positive and five pregnant
among the 1,000 women to be
married in the third batch of
mass wedding on Sunday.
The Commander General of the
board, Sheik Aminu Daurawa,
disclosed this in an interview.
He said the affected women
were detected during the
medical screening conducted on
the prospective brides by the
board across the 44 local
government areas of the state.
Aminu said that 20 prospective
couples were also found to be
HIV positive during the
mandatory medical check-ups.
He said that each of the 44
councils would hold the wedding
prayer session for 21 couples
while the session for the
remaining 76 couples would be
conducted in the state capital.
The commander general said the
board had set aside N10 million
to be paid as dowries to the
brides in addition to providing
other essential items for the
couples.
Aminu said that the renowned
Kano-based businessman, Alhaji
Isiyaka Rabi’u and the Governor
of the Central Bank (CBN), Sanusi
Lamido Sanusi had donated N2
million and N1 million
respectively toward the success
of the programme.
‘’A chieftain of the PDP and
traditional title holder of Dan-
Saran Kano in the state, Alhaji
Gambo Danpass has also
donated 200 bundles of lace to
the brides’’
‘’In addition GLO Mobile
Telecommunication company has
donated 2,000 SIM cards for
distribution free to the couples’’,
Aminu said.
NAN recalls that traders at the
popular Kantin Kwari Textile
Market had last month donated
N5 million toward the success of
the mass wedding.

FamilyRe: Can You Agree To Be A Second Wife ? by floranbee1(f): 7:49pm On Apr 07, 2013
The fact dat he's still married to the other woman is a thing not to neglect. Even if he gives her heaven and earth,i must say she'll continue to face problems .why not wait for your own man rather than settle for another persons husband.
FamilyRe: Why Do Women Wear Both Engagement And Wedding Ring At The Same Time by floranbee1(f): 7:01pm On Apr 05, 2013
I personally think it's a thing of choice.i believe wearin the engagement rings signifies both parents consent to the union which is usually given to the bride on the traditional marriage day just as the weddimg ring signifies the consent and approval of the church. As a married woman,it is left for you to decide whether to wear the two or one.
