Talk to your GP. It’s free the will book you in and ask you the one you like to do. Don’t listen to that woman that suggested withdrawal method. Na twins dey always follow that method comes. If you go land twins for UK grin grin

Thank you thank you for this

koonbey:

All do, as far as I'm aware, although I stand to be corrected. Either way, if you call they'll either book you for an appointment or direct you appropriately.

It might be faster to try one of the walk-in centres though, if you have one in your city - they are usually much less congested in terms of time from booking to appointment, and again, most if not all offer family planning. Find the one closest to you here - https://www.nhs.uk/Service-Search/other-services/Walk-in20centre/LocationSearch/663

England is the deal then now I understand lol

And thanks for the correction Northern Ireland

Thank you

Solumtoya:

What do you expect? Population of both Countries are about 2m and 3m compared to England with almost 60m so naturally, most people and conversations will be in England.

You need to refer to it as Northern Ireland though unless you're not talking about UK.

I barely see people talk about Ireland and wales here. Discussion is always surrounding England and Scotland I will like to know why this is so. Don't we have Nigerians living in Wales and Ireland these two countries are also a part of UK.

Just sharing my thoughts because I really want to know more about Ireland and securing a graduate job their. Also I will like to know about their child care because I look forward to giving birth in the nearest future. I just need to know more and awaits my graduation.

Thank you guys.

Schoolhike:

“Spray painting often involves hands-on training and practical skills, which are usually learned through in-person apprenticeships, vocational schools, or on-the-job training.

However, there are numerous online platforms where you can learn and improve your spray painting skills, though these may not provide a formal, accredited certification. Websites such as Udemy, Coursera, or Skillshare offer courses on spray painting and other forms of art.

In terms of certification, I would recommend checking with local trade schools, technical institutes, or community colleges in your area that offer programs in auto body repair or industrial painting, as these often include modules on spray painting. Some professional organizations, like the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in the US, offer certifications in areas such as automotive painting.

Keep in mind that health and safety training, such as understanding how to handle hazardous materials and use personal protective equipment, is also crucial for professional spray painters.

Here are some websites where you can get spray painting job certification in the UK:
Train the Painter offers a variety of spray painting courses, including the Spray Painter TTP Silver module, which covers health and safety, paint materials, airless spray paint equipment, conventional air spray paint, and plural component spray painting.
Abode Academy offers a range of spray painting courses, including Airless Spray Painting, Upvc Spray Painting, and Automotive Spray Painting.
Skills Development Scotland offers a Spray Painting Level 2 NVQ course, which covers the principles of spray painting, the use of spray equipment, and health and safety.
City & Guilds offers a Spray Painting Level 2 Diploma course, which covers the same topics as the Skills Development Scotland course, but also includes more advanced topics such as surface preparation and finishing.
National Occupational Standards (NOS) is a set of standards that define the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to work in a particular occupation. There is a NOS for spray painting, which can be used as a basis for training and assessment.”

Hello

In summary and I am sure you are aware

Both parents should either be applying together or one should already have a visa/permit

The ECO will request for evidence to show that 1 the MA is the sole surviving parent or 2. Has sole parental responsibility given by the court or 3. Compelling reasons why the application should be granted in the absence of the second parent

Waiting for a passport is not a compelling reason

2. Passport renewal takes time even when assurances have been given

The children should apply same time with their mother

Also remember POF is for their use in the UK

Cheers

Goodevening house.

My friend in the church will be applying for his visa monday next week (July 31st). Family of 6

His wife international passport is yet to come out but their POF will mature monday next week.

Can he go ahead with his application and that of their 4kids on Monday? Won't it be a red flag for the kids when their mother isn't applying with them?

His wife will be applying as soon as her international passport comes out. The immigration officer promised them the passport will be out at most mid this month but here they are.

What documents does he need to upload for their kids since his wife won't be applying with them on monday.

He needs advice cos we don't want refusal. POF is running. Monday next week will make it exactly 2months he has been holding his CAS.

Age of my kids are 2yrs, 5yrs, 7yrs, and 9yrs

@justwise @duchess90 @mimilyrics your advices will go a long way

Thank you

Is there an app to review similarity and plagiarism?

Thank you

Controlv:

Usually, we tend to mix up similarity with plagiarism. It is possible to have 40% similarity without a single plagiarism and it's possible to have 5% similarty with plagiarism. I am not saying you plagiarized but just trying to explain the difference based on my experience.

To start with, check what proportion of the 21% came from one source. Also, always do a thorough review of the similarity by checking the sources hilighted in turn it in and ensure your work does not directly reflect those sources.

I am happy to put you through on how to review your similarity for future purpose. All the best.

I'm studying Entrepreneurship and Innovation and aside BA there are other job roles like business development manager, customer experience manager, researcher, social media manager and project manager I have interest in.

From your advice below do you mean one can decide to take BA courses with a major organisation without be employed in the first place?

Also, like someone said, why not take the BA courses you want within a major organisation? They'll be free and very high quality. You may even find it possible to transition to a flexible role that's more focused on BA than core accounting within the same organisation after tailoring your on-the-job professional development toward that line.
[/quote]

This is to all the oldies in the house. Like I said I'm studying Msc Entrepreneurship and Innovation and is their any other visa type I can consider aside this Tier 2 visa?

Are there better suggestions/advices anyone out there can give me as his/her lil sister trying to gain something meaningful in the UK?

Also, I have a dream of running a social enterprise that will focus on waste management which will focus on environmental sanitation and waste recycling in Delta State (Nigeria) and in my local government for a start and extend to other parts of the state and I will like to get all the help/partnership I need from WHO. Note this is just my dream and hoping one day it clicks not that I'm having sleepless night over this😂 pertaining to this I wouldn't mind having a practical experience on how this UK people manages their waste and the recycling thing oh as it will help my dream becomes achievable. So anyone with input on how I can get this practical life experience should share too🤲

Lastly, as I have listed all the job role I have interest in and stated my dream are there any certifications/exams I need to take to incorporate into my CV? Not really a fan of short courses and I think many are just after the pay as they don't really go in depth enough.

Thank you.

dollars is not used in the UK. To save yourself double loss, you should buy pounds. Not buy dollars and then come here to change dollars again to pounds. U lose this way. Any denomination you can get is fine. There’s nothing like best.

Goodmorning house.

For someone coming to UK for the first time to study can he/she buy dollar and bring it along and change it to pounds in the UK?

Pounds is very hard to get for now and even the dollar is very scarce.

Also what denomination of dollar or pounds can one buy cos some people are saying buying only $1, $2 $5, $10, $20, £1, £2, £5, £10, £20 is the best

Ah, that's actually a very popular trade at the moment as people look to save on costs by revamping, instead of replacing, their kitchen units, doors and windows.

I'd probably suggest that he search for companies in your area e.g.

https://spraygenielimited.business.site/

He could do a few jobs for them, take pictures of his work and then if he wants he could start working for himself by registering on sites like mybuilder.com, Rated people, checkatrade (using those photos as his portfolio) - or he could do it on the side.

I'm sure he'll do very well since he's experienced and personable -good tradespeople are in high demand 👍

Hello to the oldies in the house.

I will like to know how my dependent (tier 4) can dive into the UK work system with his Bsc Microbiology degree and what opportunity in this field is available? Any certification to take to go into the field here in the UK?

Although he's ready to do any job like care work and the likes. Back then when he was based in Dubai he was working for a company that deals in DOORS SPRAYING he was very hardworking so they made him a supervisor...he's hoping to see this same kind of job here in UK too🤗 our location is East Sussex just in case anyone knows somewhere around he can get this particular job.

As an igbo man he enjoys doing business and making good investments. He's sociable and outgoing. He enjoys talking/coaching people on a subject/topic that picks his interest and of which he understands very well.

I need tips and advices oldies in the house save a sister and her dependent.

Thank you

Funny enough if you follow their Twitter handle even Baverman handle you will see that they always point out these people coming in through the sea and not the people coming in legally. I am yet to see them tweet about this dependent thing so the news still seems like a rumour just like naija like singing around about UK blah blah blah.

AirBay:

All the refugees that came in like herds of cattle via the sea, those ones did not increase immigration number, its the people that contributed £10k-£16k for fees, paid NHS for at least family of 2, paid British Airways, Worked and paid overtime taxes...............F**K UK.
