This isn't the first time it's happening to me though, they will literally frustrate your efforts because the money isn't coming to their private pockets.

Discus with the school, get your own contractor to come do the project. Donate little change to the school and have a clear conscience.

These guys will collect the money, do a shoddy job and the students you're trying to make their lives easier will still suffer after it starts breaking apart.

Recently, I was in talks with representatives of a federal government university for a project and instead of them to generate and share the RRR with me so payment can be processed through Treasury Single Account (TSA) via REMITA, they provided a private "consultancy" account for the payment to be processed. I flagged it immediately before they generated the RRR. LOL.

We always blame government when in truth, the fault lies in us.
