I expected he should defend himself with the term "false impersonation", but he didn't. A popular figure on Facebook put out a disclosure to warn others of interacting with unknown numbers. But this one already had a bad reputation on Facebook before migrating to TwitterNG where he doesn't only mock poor people, but engage in fraudulent activities.

His literary works are sponsored by well-wishers who I believe are ignorant of who this dude truly is. Another influencer caught in the web of criminality is the so-called Oluomo of Derby.

As someone who lives here on the Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa, anyone who tells you that you have to pay for the COE is a thief! The COE is the document the inviting organisation (school, company or religious organisation) sends to you. It is a B5-sized paper. You take the COE to VFS for your visa application. From my experience (I applied pre-VFS), the possession of the COE has a 99% chance of the visa being approved. I don't know the current situation, but as an applicant, you don't pay for the COE. It is entirely free.

Onyeka Nwelue has been found to be soliciting money from ignorant people to assist them in procuring the COE. He even claimed that Wole Soyinka assisted him in writing a letter of recommendation to obtain a visa to Japan. No one writes any LoR to get a Japanese visa. Everything is centred on the COE by the inviting organisation. Is Wole Soyinka based in Japan?

If you interact with such an individual to obtain a visa to enter Japan, anything you see, take it like that.

I think you should read more on the adoption process in Nigeria for you to understand better.

The adoption process is cumbersome and that's why people go through the backdoors to get children, baby factories and the likes, it is wrong and I frown heavily at that.

And yes, many Nigerians don't adopt because it is not really in our "culture" to do so especially with the fact that the average Nigerian man/woman are obsessed with birthing their own children.
