Hello gurus in the house, I need your assistance and the best advice on how to go about this. I am a student in the united kingdom (Undergraduate). I am married with 2 kids and I want to apply Uk visit visa for my wife and kids to visit me by ending of July as my wife will be having her annual leave and the kids will also be on vacation by July end. My wife works with the state government and earns a little amount 30k. she's a graduate but was employed as a clerical officer just to secure a place. This amount isn't enough and cannot be used to secure the visitors' visa. I transferred 200k into her account monthly, 100k from my Corporate and 100k from my savings account respectively. The 100k from my corporate account is her salary as she manages my business while am not around and the 100k from saving is home expenses. She has a total of 780k in her account + plus her fixed deposit 250k = 1million is this amount enough to apply? If not what is the best way to increase this amount. My plan to increase the amount is by asking her parent to deposit 400k or 500k to support her trip or can i transfer some money from my corporate account to support the trip; or submit my corporate bank statement to shows some funds is available to her if needed. I have a brother Who's Uk citizen which i can get some document from him and also myself which will be useful for the application.

Marriage Certificate
Kids birth Certificate
6month Bank statement
Leave letter from work
Introduction letter
(Additional document from spouse)
Student Id
Temporary Brp
Student declariation form
House Tenancy agreement

Your advice will and support will be appreciated

It needs to be clarified, was the person able to submit the medical before the date of the refusal. It wasn’t clearly stated

He was about going for the medical, I don’t know if the medical have to be submitted within a specific period.

The medical examination result must have caused it

He intend to go for the medical on the 11th, but after receiving such mail his confused and don’t know what to do. But what I learnt is that the medical can be completed from 7th of December till 90 days. Please let me know if am wrong

good evening everyone, have been following this Canadian thread, please I need you guys to advise me on something that happened to someone close to me, he received a letter to go for medical on the 7th and after 3 days on the 10th December, got final decision that visa denied. Did anyone ever experience something similar, just want to know so I can learn from experience.

Issue: What will happen if i don't escalate my non-settlement visa application after the due 15work day?

Well, i am an applicant . I did my bio on 01-09-2020 and have not gotten any response yet.
Like i mentioned above, i decided not to escalate to know what the outcome will be, so that i can inform you guys for better understanding of the escalation stuff.

I will feel anxious, like every other person but will not escalate my case.

I beg you all not to relay on what i said. Let this not encourage you not to escalate . Infact, it is a big risk on you side if you don't escalate. Call this number if you are due. + 44 203 481 1736 for instant escalation and remember to have some fund in you account . Not lesser than 6k to be sure.

I will not escalate my application because i want to learn about the real outcome and how dutiful the UK people are. If there are more risk you want me to experiment, please let me know. I will be more than willing to take it.

I like your courage and mind ��, reason why most of us did priority service and that’s main reason why we are more worried, we are supposed to receive our passport back in 5 working days.

I just got a call from British high commission, Telling me that a decision as been made on my passport on the 22nd and it was sent to the tls office that same day and I should go and pick it from them, please anyone having same issue should call British embassy telling them to escalate the issue, I think within 2 days solution will pop up.
Am going to tls ikeja tomorrow morning

I would advise that you call your school to request the status of your application. i did that and within 30mins the pickup email dropped

Yes, i sent them an email yesterday and got response from them but still think the mail isn’t the complete answer to my question .attached a copy of the mail

You have to track the application first that it was returned to tls,then tls will forward to DHL that’s when you can track or call DHL.

For context,
This is what happened.


Submitted on the 14th of September.
Biometrics was on the 18th of September (I had someone I paid to give me an early date) as I initially got 30th of September and latest day for enrollment was 28tj September, I wanted to do biometrics before that date.

Decision mail was on the 22nd of September.
(I paid for Priotity service)

Collection mail from TLS was on the 23rd of September.
So as at when I was asking these questions I had already got decision mail but I was just worried that it was a refusal.

Today September 28th,DHL delivered my passport with Visa in it.

Beyond excited.

Please I did my biometrics on tuesday september 22nd and received a decision mail on friday 25th (priority). A friend that had his done same day(30mins earlier) has received a mail for collection already..Do I need to get worried??

Yes I had similar case, submitted on 17 sept, Dmc on 22sept, still not transferred to TLScontact, I sent an email yesterday, and got a response that the tls will contact me soon. But still not satisfied with the answer and I was thinking of calling again.
