Congratulations. I have a similar case , husband PPR dropped july 4 th and son medicals dropped same day. We tried to wait but it wasn’t coming so we had to send my husband passport. Now the issue is the passport has not been stamped since July 22 nd ,@doree how many weeks did your husband passport use when it went for stamping?Secondly what email did you direct your complaint to ? Items to have handy with you as you travel include:
1. International passports
2. Travel tickets
3. Covid-19 Card for adults or negative test results (if not vaccinated). Children who accompany a vaccinated adult will not be required to quarantine.
4. Principal applicant's documents such as copy of international passport, copy of study/work visa, copy of study/work permit, admission/employment letter, enrolment letter, etc
5. Cash or print out of bank statement as proof of funds
6. ArriveCan print out. Must show a quarantine plan, notwithstanding
7. Letters of Introduction

I would suggest that you call or visit the office of "Canada Collection" to whom the transmission fee payment was made, to confirm that they actually received payment of your transmission fee. It is possible your payment did not drop with them.

Payment of SMS charge is optional and cannot be the reason for return of your passport unstamped. Inclusion of a return envelope or lack of it cannot also be a reason for the return. Practically, IRCC don't even use an applicant’s return envelope. They always use theirs.

Guys! Finally the remaining part of the puzzle was solved this morning after more than 28 emails and webforms back to back. Remember my kids got PPR on 28 June 2022 while my spouse got medical request. The medicals was done July 14th at IOM and the stamped passports of the kids was gotten back from abuja VSF of July 15th. Iom sent the result for medical on July 21st and IRCC uploaded that same day. Then another wait began and i started sending emails and webforms also at some point contacted my mp again. Yesterday morning we got BVL but this morning around 3.20am EDT she go the PPR. At last exactly 1year and 7days becos the application was submitted 22nd July 2021.
It has ended in praises. While waiting for her PPR i already booked airfrance for september just to buy time and also pay less flight fees even at that i paid pass 3k CAD

My suggestion to you is to search for reasonable rates on wakanow.com and thereafter purchase the tickets directly from the airline.

If you can't go to the office of the airline, find out if you can purchase their tickets online.

Applied for VV for my hubby and kids in January, refused on 8th of March. Applied for VV for my kids and SOWP for hubby on April 28th, approved today 26th of July.

Be that as it may, please note that all applications now are made online, hence no requirement to submit physical passport photographs. You will only upload soft passport photographs where needed.

As you may already know, there's no pattern to the way IRCC operate. My children got their ppr 2 days after their requested medical results were updated. Meanwhile, I didn't get my ppr until 2 weeks later. In the intervening period, I was worried and then sent a webform. I am not sure that webform had any impact. In your case, I would suggest your wife do a webform reminding IRCC that the children already had their passports stamped, while she's yet to receive ppr.

With regards to the children, do send a webform on each of their portals reminding IRCC that they are still awaiting LOIs. The counterfoil is mere formality, given that their passports had been stamped.

Abeg i get question make u people answer me too please. Now i think my experience is failing me. How many days after medical request haven been done and now updated takes before PPR drops? Abeg very important my kids have their stamped passport already but since over a week now their LOI and counterfoil hasnt dropped so i think its as a result of the mothers own that is still pending. So it is very important.

In addition to what had been said, be in touch with the hospital and request that they confirm to you when your wife's medical results were forwarded to IRCC. With that, you're sure the results are already with IRCC. In that case, you need not be overly bothered with the deadline of 30 days. It appears that that IRCC takes their time with spouses' application than they do with children.

Good morning all,pls i need suggestion from anyone that has been in my situation before,my wife and son got medical request on the 15th of june and they were able to do it on the 27th,my son's medical was passed on the 28th while my wife's isn't and its just few days to the 30days window,what should i do?
Secondly,we stated in the application that my wife is pregnant,now my wife gave birth last week,should we send a webform to notify ircc or wait till we get ppr then apply for baby's own separately .

I don't think you need a consent letter to travel with kids to meet your spouse.

A consent could be important at the stage of visa application, but not when you already possess the visas. Remember you and the children are dependents of the spouse in Canada.

Gurus may have a different opinion, though.

Normally, IRCC would not issue with a study visa that the validity exceeds that of your passport.

It's suggested, therefore, that you travel with whatever visa you're issued with. You then renew your passport and extend your visa/permit when you have arrived Canada. You renew your passport at the Nigerian High Commission at Ottawa.

The gurus in the house may have further comments.

After getting study visa stamped on your passport which is due to expire before the completion of your program, is there any harm done when you go and renew that passport and it gets canceled so one can get a new one? We know Nigeria Immigration will have to cancel the old passport before releasing the new one to you. Is there any consequence to this? Will the Canadian Study permit on the old one still be valid?

I learnt there's something called counter foil on the visa, will it be affected by the cancellation?

This is July, it's not impossible for you to meet up with September resumption date. Act fast.

In addition to your proposal below, add birth certificates of birth of your parents and siblings. Show pictures of you and your parents together and then that of your siblings. State how you support your parents (financially and otherwise) and how much you would return to Nigeria to continue to care for them.
