This is steel roofing and long span is the best for it… it’s real complete 0.70mm thickness both the quality and thickness used here is far far costly than gerald.
The quality of the Aluminum product is not those regular one you see out there in most building.

Going the present rate and reality, painters charge average of N7500 per room.
Since a drum would be needed for an average room, average rate per drum is N7500.
For screeded walls, since sandpaper and wall preparation is involved before the actual painting, average of N10000 per drum is applicable.
