Here is a thought. 13.1 million people did not vote for APC, out of the 21 m who did vote.

If those 13.1 million people had voted for one party, APC would have been voted out. But because they voted for 3 different parties, the votes got divided, and APC won the election.

The truth is, APC lost this election. Most Nigerians did not vote for them, nor do they like them. But they won because Atiku and Peter Obi and Kwankwaso and Wike could not at the very least compromise with each other.

That is the sad cold truth. A disunited opposition loses the election.

Like I said, APC did not win this election, the opposition lost it.

Democracy is a game of number.

It doesn't necessarily represent the will of people. ( One of the shortcomings of democracy)

Remember also that what they did those days was mostly surface wiring and not half conduit.
Secondly the wires were different. It had another thick insulation after the individual red and black insulation which served as the PVC pipe. Also the wires were not passed through ceiling, instead holes were drilled through walls.

The half conduit which you asked earlier is a totally new invention were single wires (red and black ) are passed through the ceiling without pvc. That is the one that makes me cringe.

Lastly, full conduit is a different ball game.

This is a NO NO NO. Discount is at your discretion. It shouldn't come in to the equation? Why did he give you the job? Do you think he didn't ask others here about their fee? You both should have agreed on modalities for the payments.
After paying you 75% of the fee, your question to him should have been: how many hours or days would the review take him? If he now fails, we then can start doubting his integrity. Since there was no verbal or written agreement, both of you should tread carefully. You know people are observing. Going forward, even if na 1k be your money after discount, have a written agreement on how the payment will be made.
