Scammers are operating daily now and their target are roofing vendor
A friend of mine lost goods worth 7.2m the company received payment 3days later back reversa the money back and the scammer is no where to be found..

Another one escape 7.4m scam thank God the company refuse to load it until their confirmed payment

Moreover, not everyone wants a refund. Some people want their job done as agreed.

Ok una don finally drag me.
I visited the site on Saturday 9th. With my architectural team. We took measurements.
Started work on 11th. Sent her the 3d and sketch on the 18th. She wanted amendment which I told her on the 19th would be ready today 20th. She sent a message today, saying delivery was slow and I refunded in full .

Please note delivery was supposed to be 2weeks from site visit.

Meaning working drawings supposed to be delivered this Saturday.

You've done well by refunding her.

He immediately refunded the money but that's not the issue. I paid him on Sep 9, he said the entire duration was 2 weeks but would send the sketch in few days. I asked him some questions on Sep 10 and didn't contact him until Sep 15. He promised to send it on September 17. I didn't hear from him and sent him a message. He sent me a rough plan different from what I specifically requested. I knew it was a rush job. He sent me a 3d design that I have already seen online without including the specific balcony design I wanted. I hate to harass anyone but then sending me a message about "me harrasing you and how busy you are blah blah is not professional". As a professional, you must be able to balance work and task. Most importantly, communication is very important.




Floor plan should take 3 to 5 days. I am the one who constantly send a message to this man. I understand that "he is busy." I don't like harrasing people but I

I am very disappointed with a specific architect on this platform. I saw a design he posted in 2020 and have been communicating with him since then.
I decided to give him a chance to desgin my project and I have to be the one constantly chasing him down for a sketch after almost two weeks. Professionals need to do better. If you are busy, do not take a job. No one wants a rush job because by doing that you're creating an insecurity in your client.

It's normal, it will surely stopped with time. After a year you won't notice that again. Always allow the water to settle before you start using it for now

I doubt the normalcy in this situation. It's more than a year already.
The one you are talking about is not a one year thing. With a week of constant pumping the water should be clean with no particles.

A geophysical survey is very essential. That would have informed you the appropriate spot and other parameters that the site of drilling has.
I did mine in one village called Orilemo along Abeoukuta road. It is very clean.

Happy Sunday everyone.

Please I have an issue.

This time last year, we fixed bore hole in our house. After they finished, we noticed that white sand comes out of the water any time we pump water.

They said we should allow the water to flow out for some hours before allowing it enter into our tank so that the sand will all come out.

But after the stipulated hours given, the sand was still coming out.

The drillers said it's normal that with time, the sand will stop coming out.

So we bought a water filter to connect it to our pipes so that it can filter the sand and clean water can be coming into the house.

Also we had to still buy electric kettle for boiling water. Whenever there is light, we would stay up even till midnight trying to boil water for drinking.

It's really stressful.

This is what we have been doing for over a year now.

Yet we have borehole o!!!

I see people who have borehole in their houses who don't go through this type of stress while having borehole.

I see people who have borehole in their homes, who just wake up, take a cup, go to their tap and drink water.

But I can't do that even with my borehole

We had to raise money and do borehole because we faced lots of stress using well but it seems there was no point atall.

Till date, white sand still comes out of the bore hole when we pump water.

Please what can I do in this situation because I am tired.

The simplest way to calculate the numbers of blocks you need for your fence project, assuming you are fencing a land measuring 120 feet by 60 ft, a standard plot

This calculation is based on 9 inches block fence .
The measurement we are using is 120 ft (length) and since we have two lengths that is multiply by 2 which is 240 ft. (120 x 2) = 240

The breadth is 60 ft and also since we have 2 breadths that equal 120 ft (60 x 2) = 120
Then (240 + 120) that is 360 feet perimeter line fencing.

The calculation

(we are to convert this 360 feet to inches ) since a foot is 12 inches , now let us multiply 12 inches by 360 ft which is 4320 inches.

Now to get the line numbers of blocks that will go around the fence perimeters of 4320 inches or 360 feet, we would need to divide 4320 by 18 inches, since the length of any block be it 6 inches or 9 inches is 18inches.

Now 4320 inches divide by 18 inches is approximately 240 line of blocks , then we must multiply that by the numbers of coaches of blocks you want for your height, assuming 7 ft which is 9 coaches that means 240 multiply by 9 which is 2160 blocks and that is all you need anything aside from this is fake and fraud, this calculation is derive by me professionally and i have been using it without any mistake, but always remember to add 10 % of blocks to it because of broken blocks, and for this work, you only need 30 bags of cements, one bag of cement to 70 blocks, is standard.

for your pillars between the fence, let assume 6 blocks far from the next pillar, that means 6 divide by 240 which is 40 pillars, 1 bag of cement to 2 pillars standard, that is 17 bags plus 40 bags that is 47 bags is need by me to do this fence, if i'm in position and you should also to add 15 bags for floor blinding of the fence making 62 bags of cement.

Then, we need to minus the gate and the pillars that are also taking space in the fence.

The gate is 12 ft, let us assume the gate columns or pillars is 14 inches each, we have 2 pillars holding the gate, that is 28 inches or 2. 4 feet plus 12 feet that is 14.4 feet or approximately 15 feet.

Remember we already calculate the pillars that 40 pillars is need for the measurement.

Each pillar or column for 9 inches concrete is 9 inches square, 9 x 40 = 360 inches that is (30 feet + 15 feet = 45 feet ) / 18 inches = 30 blocks multiply by the number of coaches, 30 x 9 = 270 block minus 2160 blocks = 1890 blocks in total.

40 lengths of 12mm iron rod, since one pillar is equivalent to 1 length.

3 lengths of 16mm iron rod for the 2 big pillars holding the gate.

90 planks of soft wood for the framing.

1 truck of granite (granite would be use for the wall foundation and columns)

About 5 trips of Sharp Sand.

Stone coated woodwork can work for longspan,metcopo and steptiles the only amendment is just the ridge part.. becos aluminium ridge cap is differ from stone coated ridge cap but if you decide to make use of computer ridge you don't need to amend it..
But Aluminium woodwork can't for for stone coated
