With all due respect, you should learn to respect people's experience except you're same as him.

He helped me open company in 2017 and I wrote a commendation here about him. I didn't want to believe when people started writing that he scammed them on his page.
This is no misunderstanding, he scammed me properly. First asked for 30k deposit, then 20k.
When I reached out to another agent on the matter because it was getting to 4 months, the agent informed I should have gotten an email from efcc with login.
I asked him about it, he said nothing like that.
He actually was sending me recorded fake calls with efcc personal

See, I wish I could send a voice note.
When he discovered I reached out to efcc and they confirmed I was not even on registration queue, he started cursing the person. I still have all communications with him. So don't come and brief for a fraud and a proper conman if you're not working with or for him.
He duped me properly and wasted 4 months of my time. 4 months of business account suspended because of scuml certificate.

In addendum, when I asked him about the email, he kept asked what email. That no email was sent. Later he said he used my email to register. So how did he complete registration without me communicating email with him if it was sent to me. I am angry and disappointed. Not the 50k but my time, business and trust.

Your position can be seen as contradictory. If you want to tie the building, you can as well use all round chaining, if you can use roof beam or ground beam. All na the same outcome: they spread the load at the level introduced.

All round chaining apart from spreading the load, has one unique advantage: you can knock down walls to make changes or introduce openings safely without the fear of collapse and the added need to introduce lintel.

First thing first.
The finished floor level to the compound level is way too low.

In the near future, water might be an issue.

- it looks like it's a slopping land to the back, hence the height at the back is better from ground.

Solution - STEP UP the front part of the foundation by extra 2 courses, while thr back remains as is.


On chain lintel, I've always not be an advocate but you can do it round if you wish.

this cement issue is all the evidence we need to know that local manufacturing is not the solution. Granted there are economic gains down the line like jobs, local dependency but the product becoming cheaper is definitely not one of them

I'm reading today that otedola the serial investor/speculator bought 6 billion worth of dangote cement shares.

I doubt this. Nigeria is not that bad for this to open.
