A world where they cheat, steal, and maim others and then use their control of the media to claim they are the good guys while their innocent victims are the evil ones. The UK was even confident enough to tell Iran not to retaliate after Israel murdered its generals and civlians. We can imagine what would have happened to Iran if it didn't have those missiles.

A quick look at what is happening in Gaza can give you an idea. They'd look the other way as Iranians are starved, mass-murdered, and displaced while condemning Ramaphosa and co for jailing a couple of journalists. The surest way to safety is to either fall in line or get armed to the teeth.

My apologies. I forgot about the 'ballistic' part while writing the post. The S400 hasn't seen many ballistic missiles in combat yet, but its record against other types is exceptional.

Iran is already smart enough to not agree to such deal. The very thing that terrifies the bloodthirsty "free" countries is the very thing Iran should get more of. Saddam dumped his ballistic missiles at the insistence of the west in 1991 and we all know how it ended for him in 2003. Iraqis are suffering over that very decision today.

Good. So you agree that the Iron Dome cannot be used to stop ballistics. Now events in Ukraine and India have proven that the S400 intercepts advanced missiles efficiently (unlike the thaad, judging by its performance in Israel), and it has been tested against ballistic missiles before.

So even though you can use the S400 to take out ground targets, cruise missiles, and aircrafts, you'd still in safe hands if the primary threat to your country is ballistic missiles. I don't think it can get any simpler than this.
