LordAdam16: Precisely.
Iran drew down its stock of aged missiles. They served a strategic purpose. To deplete interceptors and gain valuable insight into how Western ADs functioned.
After 3 years, Ukraine is almost exclusively firing precision missiles at Russia. We've seen the S-400 perform admirably.
I don't understand these western bots. We saw the failure of Western ADs in Ukraine. We saw a repeat with a denser network of Western ADs in Israel.
But, but, THAAD is better than S-400. How? Where is the evidence?
-Lord The evidence is that USA said so 😂😂😂 While reading about the J-10c jets a few days back, I saw several Indian articles and videos describing the superiority of the Rafael jets over the J-10c. Few months later, Pakistan obliterated the Rafael and other jets with the same aircraft. There is nothing you can do about propaganda |

🚨🇮🇷🇦🇫BREAKING:Iranian police have raided a factory in southern Tehran and arrested several Afghan nationals. They are suspected of being involved in drone attacks on Iran’s air defense systems in Isfahan and are believed to be working for Israel’s Mossad.
Looks like no good deeds go unpunished in the minds of many Afghan refugees. Pakistanis are complaining about them too. |

Allthelight: did they or did they not ? See no sane country would support Iran's nuclear program. Of course they will condemn the Israelis action publicly but they will thank them by intercepting Iranian missiles If they end Iran's nuclear program today, you and I will be here when they will start talking about global threats from another third world country. There is no way you can study American foreign policy from 1945 till date and not recognize a pattern. We saw endless proxy and direct wars in Latin America and Asia in the name of countering communism. Great African leaders were killed. It's visible to the blind and audible to the deaf. We are now in the era of invading countries over human rights and dangerous weapons. |

Allthelight: You mean the Pakistan that will secretly thank Israel for destroying Iran's nuclear facilities because.. because Iran is their neighbour?
U guys are very funny why would Pakistan side with a hostile nuclear neighbour Even Russia and China have had border issues before. It's not a big deal. Besides, you're better off with a nuclear-armed neighboring enemy than someone miles away with good ballistic missiles. At least you will be safe from the fallout. You might want to know the countries that helped Iran in the early stage of their nuclear program. The Soviet Union helped China get them despite them being neighbors too. The thing about geopolitics is that the more you look, the less you see. The Arab states and Turkey that are condemning Israel daily are actually in full support of their actions. |

basilico: Israel didn't attack the Bushehr nuclear plant. It's operational and produces electric power. Attacking it would have resulted in a radioactive fallout. The others are just enrichment sites for the Persian bomb. Iran would not attack Dimona because of the radioactive fallout ,that would affect a large area including the 'blessed Palestinians" and neighbouring countries Lebanon , Syria,Egypt etc. I guess if Iran attacked it ,Israel would retaliate with their nuclear bomb. My bet is that through diplomatic channels Israel had warned Iran not to dare think about Dimona. Israel has a nuclear triad ,wiping them off the map means you have to deal with the nuclear capable submarines There are countries waiting for Israel to do that. We will eventually find out whether Pakistan was acting alone when it threatened to retaliate against a nuke strike on Iran. Iran has proven to be responsible in this war. The best explanation is that they didn't target it because they didn't see it as a legitimate target for the mean time. When Israel, Nato and Arabs start another war (soon), we'll see what will become of their essential infrastructure and if push goes to shove, the Dimona site. Meanwhile: Iran’s police arrested a Mossad-affiliated agent in Tehran metro
Iran’s police spokesperson announced the arrest of a Mossad agent at Imam Khomeini Metro Station. The agent was involved in manufacturing drones and micro-drones in western Tehran province.
He also made reports on Iran’s air defense performance & sent precise and detailed location data of sensitive areas to Mossad centers.
He was caught by the Tehran Police Intelligence. |

Alamkiir: That's my point, Isreal is doing it because of fear of retaliation from iran. But Iran could have also attack Israel nuclear facilities in retaliation but they didn't because, they know it will be catastrophic Sure. The good news is that the facility is still there. When next Israel comes, Iran will have a juicy target. There's no point respecting humanitarian laws when you're fighting a wild dog. |

Alamkiir: Really? What could isreal have done that they didn't do. Maybe if they had the opportunity to kill Khomeyn they wouldnt, or maybe they didn't totally destroyed Iran's nuclear sites because the radiation will affect Iranians. Yea natanyahu really cares about Iranian, that's why he abandoned his regime change aim. Maybe I didn't know, but I will really like you to tell me what Israel was holding back They couldn't do anything of military significance, but those subhumans could have focused on targeting civilians like they do in Gaza. Of course that doesn't mean they didn't deliberately kill Iranians, but they could have done worse. They had to avoid it because they knew Iran would retaliate. That's just what I think though |

But what I find quite annoying is when leaders start a war and a lot of people get killed, then at the end of many deaths the leaders sign a truce and agree to a cease fire. They then embrace and shake hands amongst themselves knowing quite well that their bad decisions have caused the death of so many innocents. We are all figures and statistics to them at the end of the day. It's the sad reality. |

sainttwist1: actually that was one of the things i did yesterday
Israel spend around $1-1.5billion on interceptors
Iran spend around $500m on missiles and drones.......guess that is while they fire blind
But overall spend iran spend more and loose more.... economically, military equipments, infrastructures etc $1.5 billion you say? That was the amount they spent intercepting Iranian missiles in a single night in 2024. Go and calculate again. Israel also spent $725 million—$593 million per day on offensive operations according to TRT. How can they possibly fight for more than a month? |

It could have been worse I give it to them on that one There is humanity and there's fear of escalation. Israel had the power to show them more shege too Besides, there's no way USA will stand back and watch Israel get destroyed. No way. They also had to reserve some to fight for dear life in case other countries got involved. |

sainttwist1: you don't need to believe this but economically........Iran lost more during the 12day compare to Israel.
Infrastructure......Iran lost more
Military equipments......Iran lost more
The only win for Iran is the regime change issue Where did you get data concerning Iranian losses? We know for sure that their missiles are dirt cheap compared to THAAD and Arrow interceptors, and we know that most key Iranian military equipment are kept underground. We can't say anything about economic and infrastructural damages. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Russia-Ukraine War: World News, Weapons & Battlefield Discussions - Live by FoolishBoy419: 4:23pm On Jun 28, 2025 |
23jerryking: I believe we share the same sentiments on this one. When I read the reports on how much was spent, I began to wonder if really those interceptors had super powers in the first place for them to have cost that much. What then could have happened if the showers must have continued for about let's say 6 months? What would have been Israel's next line of action? It was proven point-blank that the David Sling and Iron Dome (as superb as they are ) could still be overwhelmed. The adversity only needs to have enough missiles and drones and rockets. Israel relies on airstrikes for most of her offensives, it only remains to be seen whether they would have found a way around the missiles or threaten the use of nuke. Do they have their own stockpile of missiles to harm Iran as well or it's just jets in the morning, afternoon, and night? If they have conventional ballistic missiles, I expect them to be extremely expensive just like all of their hardware. I heard they are working on lasers but we'll have to see what comes out of the project. Israel, like the US, relies on blitzing through enemy airspace while sustaining limited attacks on its territory. Despite the cost, there are very few countries with enough missiles to exhaust their interceptors. Iran is among those few countries, and most of their missiles are chilling underground, away from the dangers of fighter jets. That is why they had to avoid prolonging the war. They also don't have to worry too much about getting overwhelmed because their allies are always by the corner, and they have nukes as you stated. Take these two factors out and there is no way Israel can survive one month of war with Iran. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Russia-Ukraine War: World News, Weapons & Battlefield Discussions - Live by FoolishBoy419: 12:24pm On Jun 28, 2025 |
23jerryking: Without justifying quality 🤔 Yes. If you add up the prices of all interceptors used by Israel and USA in those 12 days, Iran had no right to destroy a single hut in Tel Aviv. The systems are very very good; top-notch, but they're not worth the price in my opinion. I would be surprised if Iran has spent more than 1 billion dollars in this war. |

23jerryking: Why does Israel run such a ridiculously high military budget? Can one really justify this on practical terms? (I feel like they don't get enough results from all this spendings) It's for the same reason Western companies outsource their civilian goods in China. Unless they start making those weapons elsewhere, the costs will always be high without a justifying quality |

Lawag3: I do lack creativity I hate typing. I'm more of a read kind of person.
Anyway Israel attack Iran's oil facilities they just didn't want to damage it like they would Iran's nuclear facilities . Israel even attacked Tehrans water supply. There was no reason for Iran to hold back Iran didn't it couldn't attack Israel water supply
Using a nuke is burning the chess board no country in this age will use a nuke maybe Iran would if it ever gets one but Israel won't Russia won't US won't China won't even North Korea will not use a nuke. Using a nuke has effect on every one .
When you have over 200 jets flying over your capital city without you being able to do anything about it you're under their mercy It took less jets to just turn Gaza well into Gaza.
Israel deindustrialized ? You need to stop trowing words around.
Iran cannot flatten the entirity of Israel . They have tried and failed
Their barrage in the last war was enough to do that considering israels size but it didn't.
Israel has the AD to mitigate Iran's damage.
Iran lost it gave a fight but it lost.
Israel and its allies are just to powerful for it. Iran could keep it up if it had allies willing to go all out for it but it doesn't the allies it think it has won't risk their economies for Iran at least not now. I suggest you read shoodboi's list of notable locations Iran destroyed. Israel didn't attack all of Iran's facilities because they know that would mean bye-bye to theirs. Maybe you didnt spend much time following events of the war. Iran was literally announcing what they would target before successfully hitting them. There was no Israeli building on the surface of the earth that they couldn't hit. Israelis themselves admitted that the missiles were extremely precise. Just as Israel could theoritcally fly 200 birds into Iran and bomb everything they wanted, Iran could've sent 400 firesticks per night to rapidly destroy Israel. Note the keyword: Israel, not Tel aviv. Iran did not fire large salvos (of old missiles) with the aim of taking out Israel. They did it to deplete the dense Israeli, Western, and Arab air defense mechanisms and the strategy worked perfectly. Israel moved from a 90% interception rate to below 30% within DAYS. Ain't that impressive? Nobody in his right mind would say Israel and its allies are not too much for Iran, but don't come tomorrow to compare its capabilities with independent, self-reliant countries. |

This is the third time I have read all five parts of Adam's assessment. You can call me his hype man if you wish, but all I can say is that I wish more power descend on your sharp brain. Aside buying long-range air defense mechanisms, I'm expecting an aggressive switch in Iran's mode of communication. They also need to do much about the moles. I'm sure like their president, many higher ups within Iranian military and government are in bed with the CIA. This will prove fatal for them in the long run. I wonder about their launchers though. I know for sure that it made tactical sense to fire less missiles in the subsequent days of the war, and I know they barely (or maybe, did not) utilized their underground launch silos, but the IDF did take out many launchers (plus a lot of decoys). If they don't have many of them, it would render their huge stockpile of missiles useless. Once again, more power to your brain |

Lawag3: My Lord Delusions doesn't look good on you.
Iran's nuclear program is destroyed. In the next ten years or more you guys will still be begging Iran to acquire a nuke. It's not that they don't want to its because they can't.
Nateyahu maybe wanted a regime change not maybe he wanted it. The US clearly said that's not one of the goals of the war. And yeah the US well prevented Israel from killing the supreme leader if you believe Trump.
IAEA interference? With or without their interference if Iran restarts their nuclear program Israel will open season 2 on top Iran. Iran couldn't deter Israel from attacking their nuclear program in the future.
Iran has always had the capability to destroy Israel through conventional means but then Israel in this current war mitigated the destruction only 29 died how many died on the Iranian side ?
Which American base did they destroy the one Trump let them hit to let out steam. Trump literally humiliated Iran in his speech you know that. They asked if 1 o clock was Okay and I said 1 was fine. I couldn't stop laughing.
And the base was empty.
If Iran was winning why the Bleep did they agree to a ceasefire. We'll stop our attacks when the Zionist regime stops their attacks.
They should have continued but no they embraced peace with their both hands.
Israel did take serious hits no questions about that but then it wasn't hamas or Hezbollah it was Iran a country that has spent years developing their missles arsenal to compensate for their dead Air Force. Israel was bound to take hits and they did that is all you have to celebrate.
Nateyahu said and rightly so that Israel could not destroy Iran's nuclear facilities alone they don't have that capabilities how many countries in the word has bunker busters?
Israel destroyed Iran's ad killed Iran's general scientist achieve air dominance over the skies of Iran all alone without American involvement Tehran was as naked as GAZA Israel could have carpet bomb the whole of Tehran easily .
Hezbollah and even Hamas has displace citizens in wars with israel. People fled Tehran you know and that's not a war achievement.
Tens of thousands of buildings? Less than 20% of buildings in Israel were damaged.
You all make out Iran to be fools oh they held back they held back.
Only fools do that in wars.
I'm tired of typing I'm still sleepy.
My lord I say again delusions doesn't look good on you. This is what I find frustrating about you guys. You are never constructive. Lord Adam acknowledged and re-acknowledged the loss of generals, loss of air defense capabilities, and every other achievements of Israel and yet that didn't deter you from stating them yet again. Get creative for once. Evolve! There is no one outside of Iran that can factually tell you whether Iran's nuclear program has been destroyed or not. No one. Anything anybody says is guess work at best. and assuming those facilities are truly down, what do you say about their already enriched uranium and the possibility of Iran owning other secret facilities? The IAEA has no doubt been feeding information to the CIA and Mossad, and that shouldn't surprise anyone really. And suppose they find out about another enrichment efforts from Iran, what can Israel really do about it? What can they do differently? If they took out the Ayatollah, another one would step in. If they took out more generals, others would take their place while Israel gets more rapidly deindustrialized and Iran continues its enrichment. The only reason Iran cannot deter Israel is because Israel has the world's richest countries bankrollig it. USA burned 800 million dollars on their THAAD alone just to protect Israel. They also have certainty that their sugar daddy will get directly involved once the need arises. If Iran can get China to support her in a similar fashion or defend her territory the way Westerners tried to defend Israel, no amount of 'provocation' would make Israel throw a stone at Iran, because they know they would get crushed. Imagine Chinese Jets patrolling the skies of Iraq while Iran sends barrage after barrage of missiles at Israel. That's exactly the kind of scenario the Wes was aiming for in this war. If Israel could flatten Tehran, a city much bigger than Gaza and 1600 kilometers away, they could have done so assuming the entirety of Israel wouldn't get flattened by the time they are done. The world has lost its illusions on Israel's barbaric nature. As for their self acclaimed low death toll, you can thank the nature of Iranian attacks for that. It is almost impossible for Iran to eliminate human targets in Israel when there are satellites to inform you as soon as a ballistic missile is airborne. That is a genuine shortcoming that needs to be addressed. I also suggest that you're careful with the words you throw around. If only fools hold back in wars, then Russia, USA, and even Israel are full of fools. Iran could have destroyed Israel's water supply and plunged them into crises, but they held back. Likewise, Israel could have taken down all of Iran's oil facilities or simply used a nuke. Russia could have used strategic nukes on Ukraine, and USA could have saved itself in Vietnam with a single thermonuclear warhead. So no, only fools throw all their cards at a go and I can't believe an adult thinks otherwise. |
