Stop and listen.

What do you hear?

The wind swirling in your ears?
Waves crashing?
Leaves rustling?

Or perhaps the whirs of modern life….?
The buzzing of a computer?
The whooshes of a car?

Do you hear it?

The chaotic rhythm?
The beat of insanity?
The silent tempo of the world around you?

Just breath everything in.

What’s it like?

Is it the smell of flowers?
That salty smell of a sea breeze?
The scent of a forest?

Or maybe something else….?
The aroma of coffee?
Something lemony fresh?

Do you smell it?

The aura of everything around you?
The sweet stench of life?
The unique familiarity of each scent?

Take everything in once more.

Is there something in the air?

A sweetness drifting on the wind?
A salty taste that hangs in the air?
The taste of fresh air itself?

Perhaps you prefer a different taste….?
The taste of a fresh brew?
The flavor of freshly made food?

Do you taste it?

Those every changing aromas around you?
The sweetness that brings joy?
The bitterness that brings sorrow?

Stand still and close your eyes.

What do you feel?

The wind dancing through your hair?
The heat from the sun caressing your skin?
The moisture in the air before it rains?

Perhaps something more domestic….?
The chill of a room?
The warmth of being wrapped in a blanket?

Can you feel it?

The weight of the air above you?
The Earth spinning bellow you?
The gravity that holds you down?

Now look around.

What is it that you see?

An open field?
The vast sea?
A green forest?

Perhaps the inside of a building….?
A cobweb in the corner?
A blank sheet of paper?

Can you see it?

All the different colors and shades?
The organized chaos around you?
All of life’s possibilities?

Now look at yourself.

Who do you see?

A smile?
A set of eyes?
A face?

Can you recognize yourself….?
Could you tell if you were broken?
Could you tell if you were not?

Do you know?

Do you know who you truly are?
Are you proud of yourself?
Do others know you too?

Take everything in.

How does it feel?

To live?
To breath?
To have a beating heart?

Do you feel your muscles as they move….?
Can you feel blood flow through your veins?
Do you hear the thoughts swirling in your head?

How does it feel to be yourself right now?

Is it strange?
Do you feel the muse?
Do you know inspiration?

I think you’re ready.

Did you take everything in?

Every sight and every sound?
Every taste and smell?
Every feeling?

What of the feelings of yourself….?
Your thoughts and emotions, did you take those in too?
And those small sounds and feelings that we usually just ignore?

Can you keep a secret?

All those feelings and senses?
They are the part of life people tend to over look.
They are the things that make life beautiful.

Remember everything right now.

Do you know what it is?

Its life.
And there are few who see the gift they are given.
Who see the beauty in the everyday.

Now you are one of them….
Remember it.
And share it.

Because life is a gift. kiss

Go on... do your worst!
I'm all ready about to burst

Take your knife, make the stab
I won't mind laying on that slab

You'll give me rest, you'll give me peace
To lay among the loved deceased

I'm not afraid to die
For my soul to ride the sky

I am afraid to face another day
To face the anguish that will play

In my heart, in my mind
Compared to this, death seems kind

So raise your gun, aim right between the eyes
Let that hollow point baptize!

SportsEuropa League Group Stage Draw by forandy(op): 12:59pm On Aug 26, 2016
Manchester United, Inter Milan, Ajax and Zenit St Petersburg were among the continental heavyweights that learned their Europa League fate during Friday's 48-team group stage draw.

All competing clubs were divided into the usual seeded pots before the draw, producing 12 groups of four from A to L, with the top two from each progressing to the knockout rounds.

Holders Sevilla were, of course, not in the draw after their triumph in May earned passage into the Champions League group stage, a prize on offer to whichever clubs lifts the trophy this time.
Manchester United, competing in the Europa League group stage for the first time, were the very first team out and will face Fenerbahce, Feyenoord and Zorya Luhansk from Ukraine
in a competitive Group A.

Jose Mourinho previously won the competition in its UEFA Cup guise with Porto in 2003.

Fellow Premier League side Southampton were matched with Italian giants Inter Milan, now under the management of Frank de Boer. Sparta Prague and Israeli champions Hapoel Be'er Sheva make up Group K.

Other notable groups include Group D with Zenit St Petersburg, AZ Alkmaar, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Irish newcomers Dundalk (pictured below), and Group G with Ajax, Standard Liege, Celta Vigo and Panathinaikos.

The full draw is as follows:

Group A: Manchester United, Fenerbahce, Feyenoord, Zorya Luhansk

Group B: Olympiacos, APOEL, Young Boys, Astana

Group C: Anderlecht, Saint-Etienne, Mainz, Qabala

Group D: Zenit St Petersburg, AZ Alkmaar, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Dundalk

Group E: Viktoria Plzen, Roma, Austria Vienna, Astra Giurgiu

Group F: Athletic Bilbao, Genk, Rapid Vienna, Sassuolo

Group G: Ajax, Standard Liege, Celta Vigo, Panathinaikos

Group H: Shakhtar Donetsk, Braga, Gent, Konyaspor

Group I: Schalke, Red Bull Salzburg, Krasnodar, Nice

Group J: Fiorentina, PAOK, Slovan Liberec, Qarabag

Group K: Inter Milan, Sparta Prague, Southampton, Hapoel Be'er Sheva

Group L: Villarreal, Steaua Bucharest, Zurich, Osmanlispor

The group matchdays will begin on Thursday 15th September and will continue throughout October and November before reaching a conclusion on Thursday 8th December.

This story sounds somehow.
Why beat people without listening to there own side of the story?
Why didn't they drive off in their car if they were One Chance?

Many questions begging for answers.

This is Jungle justice.

Say NO! to Jungle justice.
Traffic held them, the only option they had was to run.
And the girl they tried robning was heard shouting by hawkers as they came to her rescue.

CrimeMasses Beat One Chance Criminal To Unconsciousness in Port Harcourt by forandy(op): 11:05am On Aug 09, 2016
Around some minutes past 10am today, two guys (one driver and a "passenger") picked a girl at garrison, getting to second artillery, hawkers noticed unusual movements in the car and immediately, "Thief oh! Thief oh!" was shouted in the manner we Nigerians could relate with.
The driver then pulled over, himself and his accomplice alighted and started running in different directions. Unfortunately for both of them, they were caught as masses around beat the living daylight off them.
A section of the masses, pitiable as one could term it, took the driver to an NDLEA station while the other was beaten till he seemed unconscious.
