The message is clear, minimum wages should be increased. Personally, I believe an hourly minimum wage is preferable to a monthly minimum wage because it encourages productivity and efficiency.

For example, a worker earning ₦150,000 per month was considering leaving his job due to the low salary. However, after earning an additional ₦300,000 through sales commissions, he became far more dedicated and committed to his work than ever before.

This shows that better compensation can significantly motivate employees to perform at a higher level. Increasing wages, especially when combined with performance-based incentives, can lead to a more effective, productive, and dedicated workforce, ultimately improving overall efficiency and economic growth.

Baba, hmmm, may God help us. When people say doctors are running away from Nigeria, this is the real-life situation. Passion no really too dey again for the profession.most people are just waiting for opportunity for the next available country to Japa to.When my friend moved to the UK few months ago and saw his salary and how things are working over there, he said he was finally proud to have studied medicine and surgery.I am currently on my annual leave, but I visited the hospital today to see a plastic surgeon. I went to our outpatient clinic and saw a massive crowd. As I was walking out of the building, a patient's relative complained that the doctors inside weren't trying hard enough. I just smiled and asked him why he said that. He told me he had been waiting outside for almost four hours without being called in.I smiled again, told him to be patient, and should actually be praising the doctors inside for choosing to stay back in the country. I followed up by telling him that the value of my salary 10 to 11 years ago, when I first started practicing, was much higher than what I am earning right now after writing professional exams and promotions. I asked him a simple question: 'Sir, can we call that growth in a country?' The guy couldn't believe what I was telling him. I just told him that is the harsh reality of the country.Even at the specialty clinic I visited, I couldn't see a specialist because the department didn't have one on-site; the doctor coming to help was traveling all the way from a neighboring state and was yet to arrive.Personally, I now have to do extra locum jobs outside my primary hospital and even run another business completely unrelated to medicine just to take care of myself and my family instead of me writing my Thesis. smiley
Baba even Doctors dey travel go African countries now ooo for Japa because they can pick up 5x of what they are earning in Nigeria.
May God help us.Our leaders are not trying.they are sharing 5x what they use to share as FAAC in 2023 but they are reluctant to even make salary of civil servant 💯 % from the new 5x FAAC allocation they are now getting.
I think the best way to solve poverty and people moving out of the country is to implement work per hour pay.

This will make people more dedicated and self reliance than placing someone on Monthly wages.

With this, you can earn as much as you can work. You can even work in 2 hospitals in a day and earn more.

I think we can peg 5k - 6k per hour for a minimum wages. With this one can earn between 1,500,000 to 1,800,000 naira per month for 10hrs labour per day.

Minimum working hour should be 6 for professionals.

Implement this and see the rate of development in the country.

All those people that japa will definitely come.

Note: 5k - 6k is proposal for just Minimum wages. It can go upward based on experience and job task.

Ferguson contemporaries like Del Bosque, Lippi, Hitzfeld all coached National Teams

Why did Ferguson duck all through and avoided coaching NT? Is it because it will be hard to get Howard Webb to make Scotland win?
But Ferguson coached Scotland. Are you not aware?

Nigeria will not pick up the World Cup ticket.
Nigeria will not qualify out of the group.

When we wailed that Madugu was not good enough to lead the SF, they reminded us that he won the WAFCON. The last WAFCON was won by individual brilliance, not Madugu's tactical acumen.

Some players he selected have no business being in the team.
Who chooses old legs above fresh, young quality players? Players like Ohale, Ordega, Uchenna and Oshoala have no business in this present squad.
None of them is CR7.

Perhaps if they fail to pick the World Cup ticket, there will be a massive shake-up in the NSC and NFF.
Can you please mention the names omitted from the squad?

Stop being clever by half. Enzo was red carded and disfigured Argentina's pattern of play. If he was subbed like Rodri, it would have been 11 vs 11 and Argentina would still have the chance of winning. But your MCM was the major reason Argentina lost the match. There's no team that played a WC final with 10 men and still won. I can't remember any.

People are trolling Messi today, thanks to Enzo's foolishness.

You're confusing yourself.

They attacked and conceded
They defended and still conceded

So what exactly is your point??
Nothing is confusing. Go and watch the match with clear conscience.

Egypt resorted to defensive mode with the motive to counter attack when they were still leading but gained possession after Argentina equalized.

Don't argue for argument sack. Watch the match again and again then you will understand.

The last 5 minutes nullifies my point that they attacked Argentina?

If truly they defended in the last 5 minutes, how then did the 3rd goal come to be?

Was it not from a counter attack from Argentina?

Abeg o.
That last attack was after Argentina equalized. The dynamic changed after that.
