NairobiWalker: He lies.
The building was constructed in 1965.
In 1961, Pretoria already had a skyscraper called Saambou building. It is the first skyscraper in Sub Saharan Africa. Show me the timeline of skyscrapers in Africa. You liar. That unknown building was never the first in Sub Sahara Africa. Stop lying. |

obaaderemi: Yes. And imagine,he is a guy who dislikes Nigerians. He likened KICc to a conical stove. That must have hurt the little Indians a lot. They called him all sorts of names. So, technically it ended Cocoa House 1 KICC 0 because there was only one impartial vote.
@bolded..So a Nigerian designed Cocoa House in1965? Wow! I knew without checking that KICC was designed by an European. That goes without saying. I see. So walker walker go don get heart attack.hahaha Yes! He did.

obaaderemi: Is that guy still crying because KICC lost to Cocoa House, an older masterpiece? He was busy begging his friends for votes yesterday, only for one South African guy to break his weak heart. A 1965 building kicked a 1974 building in the butt. Did the South Africa guy vote for Coca house? It was even designed by a Nigerian architect yet KICC couldn't stand the chance. |

ednited: Really? It must be really old. . . .
Why does it still looks it is still being constructed? As the pics Nairobiwalker shared here. . . it looks that way Yes! Very old. It was gutted by fire before it was later renovated. I think that affected the beauty. |

NairobiWalker: So what happened after it was constructed? Ibadan only has one skyscraper and as it stands, Nairobi has more skyscrapers than the whole of Nigeria.
.......and stop lying, Saambou building in South Africa is a skyscraper that was completed in 1961 - so Cocoa house is not the first skyscraper in Africa. Another of your lies.
Anyway, we were talking about beauty and architecture and KICC is giving Cocoa House a spanking. Who talking about how many skyscrapers are in Ibadan? Ibadan was abandoned as the capital of Western region after the change of government to Military and system of government else it would had witnessed more skyscrapers than that. Nairobi that is still struggling with 15 skyscrapers? Bhuhahahaha! Show me the Wikipedia page dedicated for Saambou building. . You are a criminal. Going to Wikipedia to change the date will not help you because nobody knew Saambou building as at the time Cocoa house was built Cocoa house is acknowledged the first in tropical sub Saharan Africa. The donkey erected banana concept itself is floored.

I do not really know the minimum wage now because I am not in the country. But whatever happens ghanaians are west african brothers . Kenya south africa's zimbabweans will testify to this ghanaians are there west african brothers. See your minimum wage.

Hedonisst: Go and Research what exactly? Even the Forbes list of world billionaires that Femi is desperate to feature in, he has dropped out of it several years ago. After his AMCON gbese that Jonathan foolishly helped him clear, Femi can't be worth more than $200m now. I'm certain.
Arthur is worth at least $5b. The reason why he isn't in Forbes is the reason why Dangote and Adenuga didn't make Forbes at first for many years until they opened their books and/or their companies and shareholding got listed.
Arthur's wealth is privately held (not in quoted companies or publicly verifiable shareholding), and until he opens his books to Forbes, Forbes can't tell exactly how much he is worth. If he is the kind of show off man that enjoys the vain glory of a Forbes listing he would have easily opened his books to Forbes a long time ago and he would remain a permanent fixture there. As long as Atlas orient makes profit Forbes has already estimated his worth. Only the richest people in the world featured on Forbes but sorry Arthur is not there. |

Just30: you are here celebrating 4000 MW that you cant transmit for 200million people whiles Ghana has 5000 MW to the extent that we've decommissioned some generating units and placed the construction of others on hold. Ghana's installation capacity is less than 5,000 mw and it only generates less than 3,000 mw. While Nigeria has installation capacity of over 11,000 mw and it generates between 4,000 - 5,000 mw.

chrisagyei: Idiot,it's the president who signs a bill into law not the legislation. And since when was the last time you increased that minimum wage from 18,000 which your governors struggle to pay to 30,000.Do you understand inflation and how your naira has madly depreciated against the dollar. You increasing it will still change nothing in your stupid oil dependant economy. It's worse than the period when you were receiving the 18,000 which you couldn't even double since the last 10 years.Your galloping inflation rate is double digits and your economy just got out of a two year huge recession due to oil price shake up.Useless country. That 30,000 can't even rent you a single room in Ghana or even buy anything tangible in Nigeria. It's still valueless and mind you currently your minimum wage is still 18,000 and the other one has not being implemented yet or signed into law for at least this year. And we pay more than the minimum wage in Ghana here.We are not the world poverty capital.Stop praising mediocrity, you are disgracing yourself and the world poverty capital. Do you know what they call executive bill? It's as good as done. Like I said, dey dere. |

leathalbeast: its not about zeros, its about what your country is doing for you. My provides free education cheap and quality health care, constant power heck even containers have light, luxury roads entertainment centres and all that. If had all these you wont be struggling to answer me now so keep your 1 trillion while i keep my satisfaction We have been having free education even before Ghana dreamt of it. Fee primary and secondary school education is obtainable in my states in Nigeria. Nigeria's health care is far better than Ghana and Kenya. Despite the outages, we produce more electricity than Ghana but our population is increasing hence our investment in generating 20,000 mw before the end of 2020 or 2021. We have better road, air, water and rail transportation than Ghana. We have triple entertainment centers than Ghana.
