Please if you've gone through this test before, kindly share what we should expect.

You will welcome visitors and take calls in a warm and professional manner. You will appreciate the importance of reception and the significance of being at the forefront of a successful business. You will ensure smooth and efficient running of the office operations.

I understand from the msg that i've passed the test. But my question is, how long is their "due course"?

I did one of their interview last two weeks, prepare for something like Verbal assessment (20 Q), you will write essay, the question can come from any area of economy...... pls prepare well oooo. I wasn't successful then becos I failed one out of the two essay question. all de best.

I'm sorry jus seeing this. The pay is small though 25k. The interview is interacting. Nothing serious jus questions bout role of a customer service rep, n how would u tackle an annoying customer.
