Very very good for both situation but you have to reduce intake of tigernut during pregnancy to avoid very big baby. But both will make your breast flow very well immediately after delivery but pls would be better if you prepare them yourself. We add date even in our kunu so we dont add sugar.

I think 35 weeks old be safe enough for daily cleaning in this case.

I clean like once a week and I see the colostrum whenever I do so. I just hate the pains that comes with the contractions after doing that.

Nawa o! And they told us at antenatal to start cleaning the nipple from 28weeks. Clean twice daily with cotton wool n warm water.

EDD 26/27th
I remember I came to tell the group about my induction on 28th which was declined because hubby wasn't around, so hubby came back the following day and we concluded on going in the evening for induction but before that I started feeling the baby move plus the fact that the CTG and scan results came out fine and I was also scared of getting induced, so I told him that I want to wait till I go into labor naturally and I was already feeling some pains around my pubic region then, so I decided to wait.... I started feeling contractions around 1:30am which was 10 mins apart until 4am when I started having it strong and I woke hubby to start packing, we got to the hospital by 7am and I redo the CTG and it was normal, the Dr checked me and he said I dilated 4cm that I should be taken to labour ward, the Dr broke my water and they passed this drip called oxytocin and each contractions was hell until around 1pm when I was fully dilated and I thought my baby will come anytime soon not until diff Dr start coming in and they kept saying my baby's head was stucked that my cervix isn't opening for the baby to pass even after several pushes, I was already getting scared cos the baby has been going through a lot and they kept saying they can see baby's head, But there is this God sent Dr that came and started encouraging me to push at any contraction and I pushed and pushed, then he did episiotomy and he inserted one iron something like this , I don't know what it is used for sha, but I almost ran mad when he inserted it and I had this contractions and urge to push then I finally push him out at 4:22pm weighing 3.2 at birth and I felt this relief... Who said labour pain is easy... Abeg e no easy jare..... Thank God hubby was present throughout, he was crying after seeing our baby and very greatful...we came home after 2 days at d hospital and the sleepless night is another stress entirely...thanks to everyone for this journey.... Cappo, u re so wonderful, I pray all our LO grow to fulfill their destiny, to those still expecting, I pray you all deliver safely and to our TTC mums, you all shall come with good testimony soon...love you all

Good Day House! Please someone help me clarify this. I uploaded my credential on the WES App though I am yet to make payments but anytime I log into the app, I keep seeing the "we are waiting for your documents" notification. Are they referring to the credential I am to upload on the app or the one my school is to send to them because my uploaded credential is visible on the app.
Or is it because I am yet to make payment?

A very big thank you to everyone who checked on me one way or the other, I'm so grateful..
After a long night, I woke up a little better with the rib-like contraction reduced only to start again.. We went to the hospital and I was given 2 intravenous pain relief and the third on my butt after which I was sent for an X-ray which showed there was nothing in my ribs and that they were normal (I could have sworn that Something was there). Went back to the hospital where it was confirmed that it was the muscles around the rib pulling and causing the pain,,, I was given pain relieving tabs and an antibiotic for the cough... All along my Lo was quiet inside and I was almost worried but as soon as the pain relieved me I could feel her almost everywhere.. I just knew it was my body preparing for labour.

And Please let's be careful with the drugs we are given at the hospital, better to be safe than sorry...
My Gynea was not on seat when I went, so I conversed with a general doc and the antibiotics given me was Arthrotec 75 which she said contains Diclofenac and Misoprostol (I exclaimed) but she quickly explained that diclo has tendency of causing ulcer while the misoprostol is to subside the diclo effect on the stomach lining.. On getting home I went on Google and saw that it's not suitable for pregnant women at all stages as it causes abortion, foetal death, premature something something etc though what she said about the drug was also true as I read it online so I picked my phone and called my gynae.. On hearing the drug name + how far gone I was, he screamed who gave you on the phone and I mentioned the doc, immediately he said I shouldn't use it, called the doc and scolded her then called back to apologise to me then told me to bring it back at my next appointment..

You can also try to sit with pillows to support your back. It's not advisable to sleep on your back,so you just have to manage for now,like the other mama said,with time your body will adjust

Try practicing it, especially the left side, u will be fine, if we can do it, u can do it too, even if it comes with a little discomfort

Happy Sunday Beautiful mamas! Please experienced mama's should come to my aid o. I find it difficult sleeping on my side, either left or right, I must sha wake up to change position due to aches and the funny thing is, I use pillow to support both my bump and leg o... I dont know how to manage the situation. I am almost 19 weeks.

Secondly is it normal for one side of the bump to feel heavier/ fuller than the other side? Is the fuller side where the baby is?

May God perfect this wonderful journey he has started with us. Amen

Sorry to burst in.... I washed all including all you mentioned above and ironed them as long as they were clothing items and i was the only one who handled the washing packing, ironing and packaging

Mothers please come to my aid o. Right now I am in severe pains. I mean serious cramp that stop for few minutes to continue again. I have 2 girls already and was pregnant again 2 months ago which later resulted to blighted ovum. 3 days ago I went for evacuation in our family hospital and the pain of d&c was just too much but I beared it. I was given lot of drug and I have been taking them righteously. Today I started having this cramp that is making me feel uncomfortable. I went to that hospital again to complain and they told me I will redo the D&C. I was like abeg kuku kill me. I told the doctor I can't go through that pains again and he gave me injection and still told me to come back tomorrow for another injection. But even now I am still having serious cramps. Like I an about to pass out. Please is this normal

Sorry dear. I had severe cramps like 4 days after the D&C I had. It felt like heavy menstrual pain. Didn't know it was my body trying to expel the remaining remnants. I wore a pad sha, took paracetamol and slept off, woke up to ease myself, I saw the pad filled with clots and the remaining clots dropped while peeing. After that incidence, I never felt any cramps again.

Maybe you should observe before going for another D&C and if the doctor is confident he packed all during the process, he shouldn't be asking you to repeat the D&C.

The gynae that did mine then said, if anything was left, the body will naturally expel it.

Its like something rubbing softly or tickling the inside of ur tummy(uterus),sometimes I scratch my stomach. I asked and doc said its normal at 18wks the baby movement shud be getting strong with kicks and so on.as for jajaina area I felt that too at ist trimester

I started feeling flutters in my tummy at 16 weeks,Dre's nothing scary abt scan the joy of seeing little one on the screen is lovely.BT my baby always give doc tough time wen he wants to measure,baby start jumping till now we haven't checked gender cs baby doesn't cooperate. Maybe u can go with hubby anytime u wanna do scan.

Mama please can you describe the flutters maybe I can relate. I am barely 16 weeks tho! The only thing I feel is like a tickling in the jajaina area and I have always felt it since 1st trimester.

I thought hospitals now dispose it as medical waste probably by shredding it or whichever means they use now. I didn't know they still give it to the baby daddy to dispose, maybe for those who request to dispose it themselves sha.
