with crises all over the state from 1st tenure till date , can one make progress under violent crises engulfing the state huh.

Rivers people are with Wike 100% because he is a talk and do , a reformer, developer , focused and a good spirited individual.
What did Rivers State , South South and South East gain under APC nufin and we didn't even notice there mediocrity because Wike covered our views with life changing developmental strides every corner of the state.
Despite all na we still dash money pass as a show of love to our neighboring states irrespective of party difference.
Wike is an angel of God to Rivers State

I wrote waec 2005 and till this day I don't have my original waec certificate . My higher institution accepted my waec statement of result and waec master sheet for clarification then for screening in my University in 2007 but now I need the certificate for masters program and I'm told to bring 50000 as bribe before I can have my original waec certificate here in Portharcourt, but it's supposed to be given free to schools.
I and the school principal have made several attempts to have my waec result since 2017 till date but all to no avail but I had Lagos is better but I'm not certain , so those in Lagos should confirm.
