Afternoon mamas,I'm still having my false contractions and cramps but I still remember it's Prayer Monday,so here goes!

In the name of Allah,The Most Beneficient,The Merciful,we thank you Lord of the worlds for your inherent grace and mercies abiding,Alhamdulillah. We thank you for each soul and family represented here. We thank you for the beautiful bunnies baking in some,for the LOs being cradled in some and for new and soon to come BFPs.
Ya Rabb! Because You are Koseunti,we ask that it all ends in praise. Ya Mujeeb,You are Atoriikansekan,we ask that you bless our TTC sisters and those who fell by the way.
Al Fattah,we ask that you be with the remaining #JulyMamas,be with us and help our bodies to conform to delivery. We ask that you see every member of this thread to the finish line safely. We commit all individuals in whose care we and our LOs have been entrusted into Your able hands,that you guide them and assist them to assist us.
Ya Rabb,we ask that whatever makes us shed tears in secret,that which makes us fearful and troubled,that you take care of such matters. We ask that you bless us and our DHs with all that is needed,be it physically,financially,spiritually,morally or psychologically to care for our bundles of joy, whether or not they have arrived.
For those of us that are weary,Ya Allah,we ask that you give us strength to go on and help us with a powerful help. You said we should call upon you by any of your beautiful names and that we have done,We say Alhamdulillah for answered prayers,ameen.

good day mama, am so sorry for posting my birth alert late, since I gave birth my phone hasn't been in one piece and my internet subscription has expired but since today is the last day of July I said to myself that I must look for a way to post my b.a so I borrowed hubby phone today. pls pardon me birth story is on its way

I have just lost my mum, how unfair can life be? N orphan at 29wks? She gave up on all the plans we made for postpartum visits, she gave up on me and left me all alone in this cold world. How do I deserve this, how do I survive this? It's all empty now, it's all gone. My world has crumbled on me. Who do I turn to, what do I do. It's a nightmare and I want to wake up.

innalillah wahina ileahi rajihun! From God we came and to Him shall be our return! Death is a journey we'll all undertake,just that unto each his appointed time,It's sad that she left but she had no say in it either. I don't know what you're going through,I can only imagine and pray that may God forgive the dead,comfort you and give you the fortitude to bear the loss. Please grieve but remember your LO too.

My godson, Samuel our miracle baby arrived on Friday 21st of July via CS. Mom and son are doing fine. Hopefully mom will give BS very soon, but she didn't want to get her cappo and teamies worried

I'm feeling sleepy but the alarm at the back of my mind won't lemme sleep because it's Prayer Monday and it's incomplete without Prayer. Everybody wake up,let us pray.

Dear Lord,Owner and Cherisher of the worlds, Master of the day of judgement we come to you with hearts full of thanks,we say Alhamdulillah! Ar Rauf,You are oft forgiving,we ask that in all ways, knowingly or unknowingly that we have erred and floundered,that you forgive us all. That our sins not stand in the path of our prayers and that our prayers be acceptable unto you,Ya Rabb.
Ya Allah,we commit our body systems and organs unto you Lord,that they will work as they ought to, that none will fail or malfunction before and after our deliveries,ameen. We commit our nurses, midwives,doctors,aides and others entrusted with our care into your able hands,that you shall supply them with wisdom,strength and compassion to help us accordingly lord.
We ask,Ya Rabb,that when the appointed time comes for each person you make it easy for us to bring forth our young uns in good health and without complications.
For our sisters who fell by the roadside,we beseech you for double blessings for them o God! We ask that you bless our ATC mamas with timely BFPs, ameen.

Quick question please : Would you feel very bad if your MIL goes on vacation instead of coming to handle your omugwo? The full scenario is this :
Her mom is alive and well and can afford to come but she prefers the MIL.
There's no emergency with the MIL, just wanna go enjoy a well deserved vacation with DH. I no fit kee myself abeg.
MIL has secretly arranged for trusted and experienced helps to do the omugwo and just plans on going awol and unreachable for at least three weeks after her edd.

How would you feel as the DIL? Should the MIL just tell her now?

For her to prefer MIL to MUM then there's a gaping difference but MIL wants and needs a vacay with FIL then DIL should be told on time with necessary explanations and/or briefing regarding plans in place so that she can start dealing with her disappointment and decide if she'd want MUM instead of hired hands before LO's arrival and she won't feel stranded.
