I need to lose weight ASAP. I got addicted to ofada rice and the sauce on my last vacation. I don't eat rice normally and I had been watching my diet but that vacation was a diet-free, exercise free one. I gained about 5kg

Meanwhile, what time is the holyghost service airing? Id have to do online attendance.

@Suga ofada rice is 120 times better than whole grain rice. If u are dieting, dts wat u should be eating. Bt nt with d sauce cos of d red oil. Or u minimize the oil u use. I just use vegetables to eat it. U will like it. Hav u noticed d starch dt comes out wen u parboil it and d starch in whole grain white rice? The difference is startling. Ofada rice' starch is hardly there.

@FOTMAG, the Ijaw woman at shomolu has relocated to ikorodu, infact I started a therapy with her this week, just came back from her place not too long.
Someone posted her address on this thread last month, so I decided to trace her place and by the time she examined me, she told me exactly the result of all the test I did correctly without looking at the report I had with me and that was what convinced me to start the treatment.
The massaging na helele! You go skalabosh no be small but had to bear the pain.

I'm nt saying anything against or for anybody, but if talltosyne got her bfp after inserting gufei bao on day 21 and nothing happened to her and the embryo. Y still doubt divinemandate, me I hardly comment, I don't hav power at all, but this is ok for nw. Enuf already. I'm sorry for taking us bak. This is the second time im using clomid and I keep wondering how the dryness is. Cos I'm always wet. My Preseed is just there I only use it within my fertile period if I like, but just for the reason of making the sperms live longer. And even at that, i get too wet dt I hav to clean up some cos I'm naturally seriously lubricated. I don't even use the recommended qty of Preseed cos it will be too much. I think it depends on how turned on u are. Bt still different strokes......

I've asked a couple of times as well to get firsthand info cos I browse a lot. Bt I guess we have special ppl dt are answered or maybe ppl dt know always busy. Google is my friend. Bt sometimes it's good to hear from ppl who have used so and so stuff. #just saying

i buy 20 tablets for 1300 and it lasts 10 days. so its like 3900 monthly.

the 20 tablets is one sachet.

It's even cheaper in some places. I bot for 1200 in ikeja, Bt bot on weds for 1150. I don't know if it's d m2tone o.Bt I hav a cycle of like 40-50 days.and d last was 40. I started m2tone and d 2nd or 3rd day af came on day 37. U need to c d way I was dancing. DH was laffing. I know it will end in praise. It can only get better. Hang in there sisters. We are 'work in progress '

Hello mamas. Congrats to all the new preggers. Happy bumping. So I used clomid this cycle from days 2-5 and I started having cramps from cd10. I used my basal temperature style very well dis time and also ovulation predictor. For once in my life I saw a line on d test line. Dis was on cd11. Guess wat on cd12 I saw a dip in my temperature. With pleeeeenty ewcm 2 days befor den and dt day. My question now is is it possible to ovulate on dt cd12? My cycle is messed up cos it's not regular. Bt I still c af at least like every 35-40days. Or did the clomid make me ovulate earlier? Or I haven't ovulated. I couldn't track or trigger cos of time. But I left it in God's hands. I've been baby dancing sha. Like every 2 days. Bt I baby danced on dt 12th. So guys pls wats ur take on this?
