Imo state is very unsafe. Federal government should declare a state of emergency in imo state because imo is at the center of insecurity in the SE

Owerri is mostly filled with old houses from Orji to Akwakwuna to ikenegbu, Obinze, etc, except for tiny new Owerri that’s not up to one estate in Awka. You are right, Awka real estate is unrivalled at least in Igboland

Owerri has the worst and most dilapidated houses in southeastern Nigeria. Awka has better and well organized infrastructures, planned estates more than Owerri. Awka has the largest booming real estate in SE.
